“Today we had the most amazing experience. MD helped us and he was beyond phenomenal. I can in with myself our 12month old( who just started walking), husband and grandmother. Through the entire process our son was crying and acting up and MD tried to calm him down and talk to him. He also was very patient with my 75year old grandma who is hard of hearing. We ended up canceling her service and putting her on our bill for a much better rate than what she was paying. He explained everything to her more than once because she couldn’t hear and each time he was so sweet. With our baby crying I was also very over stimulated and on the verge of tears. MD WAS UNDERSTANDING, SWEET AND KNOWLEDGEABLE THE ENTIRE TIME. No matter how much my family was stressing everyone out lol. MD we loved you thank you sooooo much.”
“I went there today needing help with my tablet. The manager, John was there today and he went above and beyond to help me. He showed me how to text on the original Metro # on the tablet and fixed this problem I had with the tablet. Also showed me where to go on the tablet to look up a certain setting. Praying I don't have anymore problems with it. Alexis was there the other day I went in and helped me by showing me how to have a phone # that worked on my tablet and answering questions as well. Also Eric was there and helped as well. They all made sure to answer all the questions I had, not only fixed the problems I had on both occassions, but showed me some things to do with my tablet that I did not know about. Theese 3 were all very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, all had amazing customer service skills, and just awesome people all around. You could tell they wanted to help. I've been with Metro Pcs since basically the company opened, and these 3 have been been the best Associates to work with! So, thank you 3 SO much for making my experience with Metro an amazing one. I won't be going to another location from now on. I really appreciate it!”
