“This is my favorite AT&T store because every single employee goes out of their way to make people feel comfortable, at home, and not pressured. Shout out to Kayden S, one of the best salesmen AT&T can ever hope to get because he’s so sweet and low-key that we don’t even realize he’s going in for the kill until we’ve already handed him our credit card, and we’re still happy to do it. Honestly, I just felt honored to buy my 17-pro from this young man. Give him a big fat bonus, please.”

My mom, brother and I were all able to trade in our old iphones for the new iphone 17 without a hassle and she made the experience 100% worth it. “I had such a great experience with Melanie at AT&T. She was extremely kind, patient, professional, and helpful from the very beginning until the end.
I was switching my phone service from T-Mobile to AT&T, and my situation was a little complicated because my phone was still locked to T-Mobile. Melanie took the time to help me with everything step by step. She even called T-Mobile for me and helped explain the situation so we could request the phone unlock. She stayed patient the entire time and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable.
What I appreciated the most was how genuinely she cared about helping me. She did not just try to sell me a service and send me on my way. She made sure I understood what was happening and what I needed to do next. She went above and beyond to make the whole process as easy as possible for me.
Customer service like this is very hard to find. Melanie is friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, and truly deserves recognition for the way she treats her customers. I am very thankful for all of her help and I would absolutely recommend asking for Melanie if you come to this AT&T store.

“This location rocks. Now to be fair we all know Verizon has been #1 for sometime now but it’s the people in business I really admire.
I just grew my company internationally and needed an official telecommunications service provider, well there was a right the other guys in blue or red. Needless to say Red won! ?
Not only the business service is exceptional there attention to detail is up to my standards and I’m not easy to please.
Eric, and his associates made sure all of my 7 lines were taken care of. Business accounts are already tough to deal with but when your service provider understands your needs and has answers before you ask, there’s no other choice you can ever make.

“I had the best experience at Verizon with Chris Hardaway. I went in for some general information and after talking with Chris I left with things I didn't know I needed in my everyday schedule! I was amazed at how comfortable the conversation was because Chris gave me a lot of knowledge about my tablet, watch, phone plan and more that I didn't know. This guy deserves a promotion because his customer service skills are fantastic! “There are many employees welcoming guests for the first time, but it seems that the number of employees who actually serve and sell products is too small. Many employees greeted the initial customer, told them to wait, did nothing, and just stared at the entrance. However, it seems uncomfortable to wait too long for staff who actually treat customers.”
