“I enjoy coming to this branch and had a good experience. Today was a little different, the woman at the front podium was dismissive and not helpful. Certain products are not offered in the branch stating to call or online. (Call who? Online where?) The person hands me a form and to call the 1-888 number(where can I find the rest? Which department do I ask for?) then continues a personal conversation. I read through to understand and received a sarcastic sure~. The individual isn’t the reflection the whole team, but I’d like to someone to reach out to me so I can formally log a complaint.”
