“This was THE most amazing experience I have ever had in receiving customer support in navigating my own personal storage unit journey! Lucy and her co worker not only insisted on helping me even though I had unknowingly came in at their store closing time, but they tailored and personalized my experience by focusing on ,y specific goals and objectives. Lucy even volunteered her support in walking me through how to unlock my unit with a locking system I was not familiar with. This all happened essentially AFTER their store closing hours keep in mind. And they were positive, upbeat and even funny at times.I enjoyed my experience so much I have considered working there.”

“The NSA property manager LaShaundra has been very welcoming and helpful. I really feel comfortable at this location. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and I was really impressed with her customer care skills. The place is very clean and accessible. I was also impressed by how patient she was with an elderly customer who asked many questions but LaShaundra took her time to answer all of them without rushing her. She apologized to me for waiting during that time but I was pleased with her kindness to that customer. It was worth the wait. She truly represents her company well. I am so glad that I chose this location.”
“Mr. MIHILA called me to inquire if my move-in was satisfactory.....it just so happened that I was on the premises when I received the call.... I was very concerned about the amount of spiders I was seeing.......Mihila showed up in three minutes to personally sweep the unit and use a leaf blower to remove all the cobwebs and debris. VIP service!”
“FyNesse and Khidja were the best. Its a lot going on over there but my goodness are they cleaning up shop there. They are both very friendly and lively and did everything with a smile. I dont need storage anymore but ill find a reason to rent again just to store there with them. Highly recommend.”
