They say that we will be called by somebody at the location who can help. Have been waiting for that call for two days now with no results. my unit is 3012.
After talking with another unhelpful call center person, finally talked with Dominic at the site and as usual he was very helpful and the problem was resolved very quickly.”
“It was easy and convenient to rent units online, and the staff was quick to respond to my inquiries even over the weekend. I felt the pricing was very reasonable for what I needed.
If you rent a climate controlled unit online, you may need a dolly or cart of some kind. Some units are a bit far from the entrance, and you can't choose the location online. I rented another climate controlled unit in person, and they got me closer to the door on request.”
