Later, when I was looking for sunglasses, she went above and beyond by giving me different options, helping me choose, and complimenting me while I tried them on.
What humbled me the most was discovering that she was the store manager. Despite her position, she never made customers feel her title or acted above anyone. Her humility, kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out.
