“Amazing place to shop! One stop shop for everything, from clothes to shoes, bags, home necessities... They have everything at great prices.. the clearance is really good!”
“Looks amazing, always zoned, staff is present. If you get there when they open, a team member or manager is in the front area and is friendly. You are typically ignored by the staff stocking the shelves, but I can't say for sure because there's no need to ask a person, who is clearly headed somewhere, if they need help.
The cashiers do the job, not rude, not super friendly... HOWEVER, recently, when I was at the register, 9 out 10 of the flavors of an item rang up at $1.29 and the others rang up on sale, $1, she gladly changed the price. It sucks when you decide to ask for a price-check or ask them to void just that flavor... It's only a few cents, but it was so nice to not have to ask. That's great customer service. When it's logical and less than a dollar, there's no need to get a manager. I value logical over friendly, so I left satisfied.
I've shopped here about ten times a year since they opened, and the store is always well staffed and immaculate!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Abid and his team at HomeGoods. I had a massive haul (around $3,000 worth of merchandise) for furnished rental properties and they went absolutely above and beyond to help me. While I shopped, they took carts and merchandise back and forth from the holding area so I didn’t have to manage it all myself. Then, when it came time to load up, they packed everything into my car like a puzzle, fitting in far more than I thought was possible.
What made it truly exceptional: I’m pregnant, and when I overheated, Abid and his team brought me a bottled water at no charge to help me cool down. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare, and it meant the world to me in that moment.
