“One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I was looking for a used vehicle for my son when a good friend of mine recommended Wallace, she and her husband had bought several cars there over the years for their kids, so I decided to check them out. First impression was made searching the website and looking at their current stock I thought the website was very easy to navigate and I appreciated all of the information they had on each vehicle. Once I found a few that would fit my sons interests I drove to to lot and was met by Mr McCoy but not like a typical care salesman he just wanted to say hello introduce himself and let us know he would be there if we had any questions. There was zero pressure and his warmness gave me an instant feeling of trust. I showed him what I was looking at online and together we walked the lot. Once I chose the vehicle and drove it I was met by Mr Wallace to do the financing. I can say honestly I felt as if I had made instant friends. I appreciate Kevin Wallace and Mr McCoy working with me and providing exceptional service! I have always purchased new cars at big car lots and this experience far exceeded my expectations. All of the vehicles I tested and researched from Wallace were low mileage and had a lot of helpful descriptions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The return was painless as well.
