“Probably one of my best experiences at REI. I needed specific help because I have a trail coming up with a lot of elevation gain. The first lady I talked to got me to the experienced person that I needed to talk to right away. He asked if I was using hiking poles and I knew we were off to a good start. I started using them a few years ago. He was able to offer suggestions about energy bars and endurance fuel based upon what him and his wife had used. It was exactly the help I needed.”

“I went to Athleta today looking for a cute, matching set that all the girls are wearing these days and I was really nervous because I'm plus size. Finding good fitting clothes in my size is almost impossible. Brandon was INCREDIBLE. He really understood what I was looking for and had so much knowledge about clothes and fits. The clothes also fit better than I expected. I went in worrying that I was going to leave feeling bad and I left feeling wonderful. Brandon's a star. I am upgrading my review to a five star review. Sports Spectrum has a new customer service manager, Rebecca. She went out of her way to contact me after she had read my review. She was looking to find a way to fix my relationship with Sports Spectrum again. She went over and above the call of customer care. She corrected and completed my order and also sent me a complementary gift. Best of all she included a personal hand written note and her business card! I was beyond impressed. I am looking forward to this years orders and I am happy Sports Spectrum has such an outgoing and caring person on their team! Also the shirts she sent look amazing and are in impeccable condition! Please know that I am upset but I will give as fair of a review as possible.
This is my first year ordering from Sports Spectrum (SS) and I am not very pleased. First off the orders took a long time to come in. I figured since it was custom gear that may be the case. However half our season was over before (if) we got our gear.
When we finally did receive our order I had two issues right off the bat. I had a missing shirt and I had a messed up hoodie. The design was spiked out and not flat and smooth.
I followed up with our coach and the company. They did correct/replace the hoodie but it bothered me that it was not inspected before sending out the order. On the other issue (the missing shirt) they told me that they didn’t get the shirt I ordered in on time (in their inventory) to print out what I had ordered. They said they would send it out as soon as they could.
Ok so I was bothered but accepted it and let it roll off my shoulder. It was beyond their control. But then why sell an item that you don’t have in stock? Anywho.... the replaced/repaired hoodie came back looking great.
Then our next team (different sport) came in and it was good. Looked good in good condition and all the items were present. Then my son’s grandmothers order came in (again for a different sport) and was good and all there as well. So that is why they have the three stars.
However the loss of two stars are due to what has happened since. Come the end of December and after communicating via email back and forth on the missing shirts (not just mine but others as well) were still not back by December 18th. Now we will not get gear back until after the holidays.
As of this past Thursday 1/18/18 I was told the second order was in. My shirt was not in the order. Messaged the company back and was told it was sent out to the teacher on Jan 12th. Coach confirmed she had no shirts that matched my order description. However after going back and forth on emails to both coach and company I have been told it may have been placed by my teacher in someone else’s order by mistake. However the teacher again stated she recieved no shirt that matched my description and now it feels as if fingers are getting pointed. This has now become childish and simply put, the order should have been correct the first time.
It is now January 22nd and I am being told via email that my only option is a refund as they can not reprint/make the shirt and that they hope that this will be ok with me. Well honestly I really don’t see how I have any other option at this point. I was told it will take at least another week to get my refund. Very upset as the shirt missing is my shirt to wear to show support for my son’s team and it was the only thing I had ordered for myself. However I am at least happy my son has his gear.
This is my honest review and everything stated has been as true and as accurate as possible. I do not know if I will order from here again or not as I am upset. The gear that was recieved in proper condition is nice. But this latest issue has really soured my POV on the company.

“Buying wondows these days is kind of like buying a used car - you just don't know... but I'm very happy and impressed with Window Depot. I bought a 1990's mobile home and needed to replace all 17 windows. From start to finish, it was an easy and straitforward process with Window Depot. Firstly, being in a rural location (on Sand Mtn in AL about an hour from Chattanooga), it was difficult to find a window company to help me. The receptionist told me it would be no problem! She said a salesperson would get in touch with me. On the phone the sales person explained the process, approximate cost, etc. She was very down to earth, knowledgeable, not salesy at all, and the price was great! Next, she came out to measure, showed us a sample window, and gave us more info & details. She said it would be 8-12 weeks for delivery/installation. Seven weeks later, the installer called to arrange installation. Again, a very professional, down to earth person. The installation team (head installer Andy & 2 assistants) arrived early, worked late, installed everything beautifully, and cleaned up beatifully too! Love that they are cute enough to wear with jeans when I'm feeling a little sporty but don't want to be scrubby- I love the orange/turquoise/grey combo and from Feb to now they still have it in stock, so others must too! - and supportive enough for more action. Very NPWH. On my last visit, the guy who helped me was patient and made suggestions without being overbearing - he could tell I'd been thrilled when I saw they still had "my" shoe, and how disappointed I was when they didn't have my size. After seeing my furrowed brow at the other UA colors I tried, he suggested we find out if they were available in my size online, and get them shipped. They were, and we did - ding ding, we have a winner! Can't wait for them to arrive. Oh, and did I mention they were on sale from $99 to $69?
