“Thank you Lynn! I heard the FF ad on local tv and decided to go in before an office visit to the podiatrist. I had tried to select sneakers on my own and because the elasticity in my feet had weakened, I self diagnosed with a wider shoe. After several days, I was in agony with blisters and a backache and could not understand. Lynn was kind enough to help me see that I needed to go up a shoe size and not the width. I laughingly told her she saved me a copay and a lot of time and I mean it! The inserts she selected are as great as the sneakers themselves. I travel for work so I am highly dependent on being able to walk long distances. Again, thank you Lynn and FF! You are my go to for comfort and performance.”

“I placed a order on line and when I contacted the store to get a update on the order after not receiving any notification for 4 1/2 hours after I placed the order. The male representative that answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. He hung up the phone on me after I asked would my order be ready by a certain time. Which was 6 or more hours after I placed the order. If my podiatrist didn’t suggest these particular Skechers to help a pinched nerve in my foot I would have definitely returned the shoes and went somewhere else but o was in too much pain after a steroid injection.”
