“Very spacious and nice , I have a one bedroom with a nice balcony on the second floor . My bedroom is very suspicious and big while also having a nice size closet and pantry. Management was nice and polite throughout the whole process. Any problem or issues that I have are solved and done properly I rarely ever have any repetitive problems.”

“Alan is extremely personal and the process was enjoyable.I was not informed of escrow being necessary to close. We paid 20% down - and I have never been required to escrow property taxes or home insurance. BTW we paid a year in advance for our homeowners and Ameris shoukd not be collect $10,000 + of my money. Yet charge any kind of fee to remove the escrow. So - after that scenario was cleared up- the process went just fine.”

“Visiting from out of town and I could not make a cash deposit at any of the local atm’s. Finally decided to go into this branch to make a deposit, I made multiple mistakes on my deposit slip . Finally after about four failed attempts the teller helped me find the correct number. Even though I came into the bank looking like a circus clown in my multi colored pajama onesie, one white sock on and one leopard print sock on wearing a pair of bright pint fila slippers I wasn’t judged, I was treated extremely well and I appreciate these ladies from the bottom of my heart. You never know what people are going through in their personal lives and this act of kindness meant a lot”

I always have a great experience at any fifth third branch but the efforts and service is exceptional. I have had numerous issues with my account due to crazy theives in this world and when I tell you Emily has made sure to get heavily involve with them fixing my account. She made sure I had everything I needed. She called me to follow-up to make sure things were getting done. Best experience at a bank in a while but fifth third gets it right everytime.”

Today, i went here one more time, i received a warm welcome and another teller, a young woman was nice too. She helped me with everything and always had smile on her face... I felt respected when i was here. The staff here is really courteous.”
“Customer service at this location is very good, management is very good at addressing issues alongside employees, very good at assessing issues, I'm not sure what the name of the teller that attended me yesterday but she was very proficient at her work, and even if she wasn't able to fix my issue she definitely made it easier to handle, and helped me get directed to someone who could help. I appreciate the time and work they did for me, I will always choose this location over Jimmy Carters Location.”

“I’ve been banking with Pnc at this branch location for more than eight years now. I understand that it is close to closing when I visited today, but the customer service that I received at the window from Clarissa was absolutely unacceptable. I came to simply cash a check which ended up being a deposit. I felt there’s some things said that she shouldn’t have. She could’ve talk to me like a human being in as a valued customer like I said, I understand it was it near closing so maybe she was exhausted, but that does not make up for the terrible customer service I just received from her.”

“I have been going to this bank for five years now as I work in the shopping center that's located in. The customer service is outstanding. The employees are always happy and ready to help one another. Everyone is very knowledgeable and confident at their job. The wait time is never too long And they are always willing to stay late to help someone that comes in. That's a last minute. I have been to a lot of banks, but this one is by far the best I highly recommend opening an account here.”
