“OMG!!! I cannot tell you the difference between fresh cooked fish and store-bought or fast food restaurant fish! This restaurant cooked the best catfish, I have ever tasted!!! And I am a foodie. I eat out all the time! The owner, Charlie provides fabulous conversation while your food is being freshly prepared. And he manages to have the perfect seasoning combination to literally make your mouth explode with the flavor because it perfectly enhances the fresh fish flavor! This fish is better than my own home cooked fried catfish! They even season their fries as well as their broccoli, which again is utterly amazing! Run don't walk to this location I promise you won't be disappointed, and I promise you to say that this is the best fish you have ever tasted!!! Let me add one more point about the ambience. never before have I been in a fresh fish store and felt so warmly invited into a business! Charlie invites you with a big smile and great conversation and I must confess I was disappointed that my meal was prepared so quickly because I was really enjoying our conversation!... Lol”

“This store is a go-to for my family and I when we need late-night accessibility and great service.I’ve gotten to know some of the clerks on a personal level and they treat their customers with respect and truly value your business.The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they haven’t updated their hours to reflect the time that they are temporarily closed for some reason at about midnight and we’ve had to wait outside for 5-10 minutes on various occasions without notice, so be aware when you plan your visit.****UPDATE: I found out that the store may have to close temporarily because the register system has issues and will force them to reboot the electronic debit system, which takes some time and they are not allowed to have any customers inside until they are done.Thanks to the clerk who took the time to explain this to me. Just another example of the great service that they provide here.”
“Stopped in around 1:00 pm to get something quick to eat. Staff was friendly and professional, answering questions on pricing on hot food display. I had a great check out with a female cashier, who was efficient and quite positive demeanor. Refreshing to see that amongst the young staff present that day. Store was clean and organized. I am sure people do not offer great reviews as frequent as they do complaints. It is meaningful enough for me to write this review in hope that Race Trac will continue to train, invest and reward their staff. When exceptional employees perform duties in a manner that customers take notice, it will multiply and so will my store visits will continue. Thank you!”

“I like the assistance of Lavette, Jaslyn, and Courtney and Dr. Henrietta. The truth is people can be a bit mean, curse the workers out and lash out when they don’t get what they want. While the workers remain in a responsible and respectful state of commitment to their job. I have seen these employees resolve a lot of unhappy visitor’s requests and make them smile. Then still come back to work on the next day. My experience is that they are trustworthy and have highly accommodated the elderly in the morning and aggressive people with no manners at night.
