“I stopped by Macy’s at Cumberland today and had such a great experience in the On 34th clothing department. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Yolanda, and she was absolutely amazing! I wasn’t even planning on going into Macy’s, but I’m so glad I did. Her customer service was excellent—she was welcoming, helpful, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. Thank you, Ms. Yolanda, for going above and beyond! I’ll definitely be back.”
“I use to visit KOHL'S more often when I was employed, however since retirement less visits. Then AMAZON returns at KOHL'S became a thing. They have gone through many changes since I first started shopping there (15 years). If you know when to shop, you can acquire some bargains. I try limit my shopping to holidays for the best deals. Staff is friendly, check out moves well and store stays pretty clean.”

“Gas station here is awesome! 3 pumps per row keeps things moving and efficient. Not my usual location for gas or groceries, but a great substitute in a pinch. It's close to my work and a wonderful alternative while the Barrett Parkway locations gas station is under construction / renovation.”

“I will forever love this place especially when it comes to fall. I love love love Halloween stuff, they don’t wait to put it out. Every year I can’t wait for them to put it out, they have a wonderful selection of Nightmare before Christmas stuff. They literally have everything, things you can’t find anywhere else. My Ugg comforter that I’ve had for years, so soft and so durable. You cannot beat their prices, they really literally have any and everything you need… I would give them 100 stars if I could, it’s my go to comfort shop for any and everything!”

Between seasons is a great time to shop as many items go to clearance and drop significantly in price! I’ve been able to snag multiple high end brands at a very low cost, I.e. Abercrombie & Fitch, Aerie, Levi’s, etc.”
“This review is way overdue, but I believe it was Katherine (blonde hair) that was helping me in the shoe department back in May. She is a rock star. She was taking care of customers back to back, running between the shoe and jewelry department, and was kind, patient, and helpful. She was also who helped me another day. I think it was close to closing by the time we were hurrying to check out, and she kept a positive attitude.
I enjoy my shopping experience at Belk. Some of the items are pricey, but you can find good deals. I also appreciate how they do not give you a a hard time when you come across a coupon.”

“I want to say that this store is nearby my home and very convenient. I wanted to stop and give a review because I noticed some good changes in the store. First, thank you to whoever is the new buyer, more specifically grocery buyer who has started stocking the Great value mocha coffee. Thank you so very much. I'm not sure if whoever was ordering before was confused and was ordering that blueberry coffee. At one point I had just stopped looking for the mocha and boom. It's back ! So thank you. Also, I'm happy to see the all dressed Lay's potato chips consistently on the shelf as well. And the great value vanilla caramel creamer is being ordered appropriately as well. I felt like I had to hoard this creamer because I never knew if it was going to be in stock. So thank you to whoever is doing the grocery orders in those departments. I've also noticed more cashiers are available. That's very helpful. Shout out to the gentleman in Auto. They helped me out with something one early morning before I went to work and I was so appreciative of how quick and fast they assisted me. I gave a four-star because I haven't had a good, consistent experience with the pharmacy but I've made adjustments and addressed it with the pharmacist and we'll just move forward.”

“I want to first say that HomeGoods is a great place to shop. I love going at least twice a week to shop and see what I can find that I didn’t know I was looking for:)
I had always received great customer service and employees have been efficiently helpful and kind.
Sadly, I had a bad experience this past Sunday: I had been in line for about 30 minute when I started to feel lightheaded, so I told my son to handle the check out while I found a place to sit. (I noticed that several people were sitting around waiting for people inline: husbands, children, etc) so I took a sit on a chair close to the check out area until my son finish paying, which at the time he was moving to the counter. I had been sitting for about a minute when an employee passed by, looked down and angrily said:
“that is a costumer’s chair” I felt so humiliated and embarrassed. And immediately stood up and left the store. I believe she could have been polite and kind. If the chair had been purchased and she was looking out for the “well-being” of chair, she was doing her job but in a contentious and sarcastic manner. The next day the chair was still in place and Not sold.
Please understand that I have no problem being asked to move, but her demeanor and tone were rude and condescending.
Hopefully she was just having a bad day and she will treat costumers respectfully.”

“I have not yet been to Backstage, but I just saw an ad that caught my eye, it looks like you can order online and go into a nearby store also. Well to bypass shipping, I found a store in my city and therefore I will have the opportunity to check out these affordable prices. It looks like a lot of great bargains. I don’t know about anyone else, but if I can’t find a bargain, then I can’t do any shopping.”

“Over the years I've become dissatisfied with how few self checkouts there are and how you can only find one or two people that actually work a register. One in every three trips demands that someone comes and fixes whatever the holdup is on my checkout lane. Today was even worse. I literally got through checking everything I had double tying and double bagging where necessary so stuff would stay together cold items with cold items etc. The machine went blank then turned back on would not allow me to make payment I tried waving down in attended who simply waved back at me and I told him this machine it turned off he said move to another one another attendant tried and the machine was down and had to be turned off completely. So off we go to find someone to check us out took a few minutes told the guy what it just happened he not only just blank face never said a word he started checking me out bagged everything incorrectly like a 5-year-old would do foot bleach with food items it goes on and on but you get the picture. I am seriously considering never buying groceries at Walmart again and pay a little more at the local Kroger Publix and Aldi's. I am simply fed up with Walmart and they're forcing us to do their labor. It's ridiculous and I've had enough.”
“I’ll make this quick and Brief. I have to give a special shout out to “KELLI” at the Austell location. I called in and they answered! That’s 5 stars alone. I was searching for an item in women’s clothing I saw about a week ago. I didn't have much information, but Kelli took what I had and literally walked the store floor looking for this item and when she was unable to find it, she made suggestions of what the she did have, mind you I was on the phone with her the entire time. When I say Kind and compassionate. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Customer service alone 10 stars‼️‼️ Great experience. A 10.
