Rose, the manager at this location is the absolute best!! She’s so accommodating, never rude when calling to receive payments, and very thorough! Although my storage unit was emptied out this past weekend, I have loved my experience for the last 3 years here at this location! It really makes a difference when you’re dealing with someone that always has a consistent positive attitude. I’ll miss her pleasant calls monthly but am happy to not have a monthly storage payment now lol. Thanks for everything Rose, you are appreciated!!

“I’m in the process of moving & wanted a nice, clean, well kept area. The. CSR was BJ. He was extremely professional, attentive, and thorough . I informed him of what I wanted and voila it was taken care of. Within the last few years most businesses hv a huge turnover rate. However, I’m hoping you all will keep BJ happy so he can remain via your employ/company (& vice versa).

“I use Extra Space for my business as well as customers on pack-out / pack-in restoration jobs. They're great and fairly priced. Best thing is there's usually facility available within 5 miles of most jobs we do that need temporary storage of customer owned items.

“I visited this storage facility last Friday to help a friend open his storage unit so movers could load a U-Haul box, and I was very impressed with the service. Will, the attendant, was extremely helpful—he had all the necessary documentation ready before I even arrived, walked me directly to the unit, pointed out where the dollies were located, and had the locks we needed ready to go. The building itself was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Everything was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend!”
“What I dreaded turned out to be a pleasant and memorable experience. I have rented storage space before from Extra Space Storage, UHaul Storage and others but I don’t remember anyone ever saying “thank you for your business “ or let me help you find the unit that best fits your needs and budget “ or even act like they cared enough for me to come back.
Recently I found myself again in need of storage space and 11220 Medlock Bridge Road Public Storage was near my home, so I stopped by to check it out. I was greeted by John who was professional, friendly, and easy to talk with.
John was extremely helpful explaining how everything worked as he showed me around the very clean and orderly facility.
John helped me find the perfect unit for my stuff and even provided me with a pair of work gloves for my wounded hand! As a new customer I could not have been treated better!
I will happily recommend John and Public Storage to my friends and family!”
