honestly this place is the most stable thing in my life right now clean climate controlled and less accessible to my ex wife than my joint checking account ever was
at this point i am aware this sounds less like a review and more like the opening verse of a country music song
all my belongings are here now clothes personal items and a carefully guarded sum of cash that unlike my marriage is actually secure
i live out of a uhaul truck rented here in a nearby parking lot so this facility has become part storage unit part morning routine headquarters
the bathroom is spotless perfect for shaving regrouping and practicing in the mirror 'im doing great actually' before facing the world
youd never be able to guess im a guy without a mailing address
the staff is friendly professional and incredibly respectful especially in their commitment to not asking any follow up questions like 'why are you sitting in your unit eating a can of soup with a plastic fork?' or when im paying rent 'why do you keep referring to unit 3108 as the bedroom?'
this kind of discretion means a lot during difficult times
the lighting is excellent which really highlights the moment you realize everything you own now fits behind a roll up door
great facility great security great place to store your belongings while you emotionally reorganize your entire existence if things go any further downhill i may upgrade to a larger unit”

“I had a really great experience with Jay at Morningstar Storage on Shiloh Road in Alpharetta. From the very first phone call, you could tell he was genuine, down to earth, and actually cared about helping people instead of just trying to sell something.
He helped me get exactly what I needed — a small unit without trying to upsell me into something bigger — and he worked to get me the best price possible. That alone says a lot these days.
But honestly, what stood out most was just the conversation and his attitude. Jay is one of those rare people who’s easy to talk to, understands life, and treats you like a real person. You can tell he’s lived, experienced things, and has a strong awareness of the world and the kind of social climate people are dealing with today. Good energy, good spirit, and very respectful.
Customer service like that is hard to find now. If you’re looking for storage in the Alpharetta area, definitely ask for Jay. Solid guy all around.”

“Renting a unit for almost a year now. 60 years old and have gone thru many life, career and health challenges. Way more than I ever could have imagined. Roughest year of my life. From day one, ive been blessed to be able to have someone at this facility to have the patience ,understanding, and knowledge of good business practices and a true concern for those in all walks of life. His ability to communicate in a professional and yet empathetic, compassionate manner has helped myself and family to not have to worry about being treated unfairly or outright ignored. Ive rented spaces all over the Atlanta area for over 30 consecutive years...not one facility has ever had a leader / manager that ran the place like a true Champ. ZERO EXAGGERATION...in fact ,not even close to the accolades this man desseves. Mr. Will, we all thank you for being there for us and proving true goodness still exists. I thank God for you brother and wish you the very best life has to offer. You changed so many of my absolute shit days into days I was able to at minimum, cope and make it thru.
