This rating is strictly for the technician. My only complaint is he waited until 5pm on the day of service to advise the part was 30 miles away and we needed to reschedule for the next day. Other than that, he correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Sears on the other hand would receive a one star rating.

Lan was knowledgeable, and very professional. He took the time to explaine the problem in great detail. I was very pleased with the service I received. Lan gets a 10/10 for his Exceptional Service.
