“DD's is owned by Ross or vice versa. Anyway, there are great finds. This is the only place that I buy my dog clothes, panties and pj's from. They have the same fruit of the loom packs for $5. Night grows are super comfy and cheap. I got a black DKNY dog shirt for $6. Can't beat it. I love the homes department too. Oohh and they have cleaning supplies. I also get skirts (maxi, pleated) for about $8. Can't beat it. Clothes are hit and miss because I dress business casual mostly all of the time but you can really find good buys here. Don't think of it as a cheap store. It's a spin off of Ross with less name brands. Try it. You'll find something!!”
“Great service and nice location. The female postal agent was super quick and helpful. This branch is dedicated to public service of George Bush and Marvin Runyon (I think). Worth reading about Runyon’s impact on the postal service, it’s a cool story!”
“I love coming here honestly, everyone is so kind and happy! Especially Lance!!! He’s awesome, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, helpful, kind, and funny. Not often do you meet people like that at USPS!! THANK YOU LANCE!”
“Location is understaffed, but I had a very good experience with the only person at the front desk. He was polite, efficient, and friendly. Mailed an international package and bought some stamps. There was a wait mainly because he was the only staff in front, but he was thorough and professional.”
“Mr. Danny in the passport office is truly a testament to what customer service should be in all businesses. The USPS website has incorrect information regarding walk-ins and only schedules appointments on one day, one month in advance. Not to mention the fact that you can never get anyone on the phone to make things clear in any way. This is extremely difficult to plan around when making international travel arrangements for the first time. Danny was very personable, informative, accommodating, and pleasant. Every interaction with the customers in line ahead of me was professional, courteous, and prompt and my own turn was so easy, I left feeling comfortable that my documents were being handled with the upmost care. The entirety of the United States Postal Service should take a page from Danny's book on how to efficiently and kindly help customers as he is leagues above most of his colleagues in this organization that I have dealt with at other locations. Mr. Danny, thank you for doing your part in helping me attend my little brothers upcoming wedding in Brazil. May God bless you and keep you safe.”
“Right before Christmas, i expected the busiest craziest post office. Not only was this branch a well oiled machine, it had the kindest most patient workers. I appreciate what the customer service agents at this branch put in to every interaction they have.”

“I have to brag on this wonderful woman who works SOLO at this branch! About a month ago I put all my daughter's high school graduation announcements in the mailbox at this location. The woman who works there had taped it up to tell people not to put mail in there but I did not see the tape. Weeks later I wondered if my cards were ever mailed so I went back. She told me they had removed that box, that mail was not supposed to go in there. I thought she would just drop it there, as so many government workers do, but no. Ms. Whitney picked up her own cell phone, made some calls, got my number, and told me she would call me back when she found our announcements. An hour later, she FaceTimed me to ask if the letters she was holding were ours. Yes! They were! The person who removed the box had them in a bag sitting in a room and no one knew about them. Whitney found them and mailed them for me. She went the extra mile! So while I'm annoyed with USPS right now, and that worker in particular, Ms. Whitney who must be overwhelmed with all the work in that branch ran the extra mile for me and now my daughter's announcements have been delivered. Thank you Ms. Whitney!!!!”
“Going to the postal office is one of the most painful errands to run, but Mr. Sykes makes it so much easier! The place was packed and he was friendly and patient with every customer he spoke to. I wish all USPS employees could be more like Mr. Sykes!”
“Ty was really helpful and great. Made everything easy for me to understand and he helped out multiple people in the same manner while I was there filling out shipping information.”
“I have been using this location for many years and yes sometimes there are back logs to the counter but usually during lunch hours . The two people who presently working there are very professional and goes the extra mile to assist you . I see customers showing up and are not prepared correctly to mail something but they are treated well and given the opportunity to correct whatever and get their stuff mailed . This takes a lot of patience on the associates there. I give the PO a 100% rating . Their front should swing in vice out due to some customers carrying a load to mail.”
“Mr.Allison & Mr.Will helped find my package and got it to me I’m very grateful and thankful. Also the man at the front desk helped as well , They didn’t stop till package was in hand . THANK YOU”

“My favorite USPS branch, and I usually drive the few extra miles, because of the larger parking lot, easy in and out, rarely busy, nice and friendly postal agents, etc- An added plus is the Cobb County police precinct right across the street.”
“Line was long and I only needed to drop a postage paid package off. A nice male employee on his way out to lunch perhaps assisted me and I didn't have to wait in the long line.”
“I cannot say enough how JayAnd the staff goes out of thereWay to assist me. I have To give this diverse postal center, truck rental and gift shop the highest marks possible.Sincerely,Robert Trombetta.”
“I was hesitant to come here due to all the negative reviews but decided to try anyway. I came on a Thursday at 11am and the staff was very kind to me. There was no line, the service was quick, I got offered stamps, and was given a receipt. He even made sure I knew how to track my package. This might have been pure luck, but this was a great experience and I thought I'd do the kind gentleman that helped me some justice by sharing my experience publicly.”
“I was greeted promptly by Larry, who listened and did everything to understand my concerns.
He was professional throughout our conversation and I feel he “has my back” on the situation.
Thank you, Larry.”
“Excellent service and customer care. I wish I lived closer to this location.Keona and Chris were great very helpful and moved through the line very quickly and were very friendly.”

“I wish every postal clerk was as wonderful as Ronece! She is patient, capable, and genuinely kind in every interaction- and not to mention efficient! This location is better because of HER.”
“I know most people don't have good experiences at post offices, but I want to shout out the staff at this building for going above & beyond in seeking out a lost package. Post offices in Georgia have been heavily defunded and many errors are not the staff's fault, so having someone who worked here personally go and ensure mail was being sorted through in order to find an important lost package on my behalf meant a lot. Thank you ladies!”
“The last few postal office visits to other branches have been miserable, either a rude attendant or no help. Chris helped me out at this location today and was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind! I watched him interact and joke with multiple customers and he helped me with all my questions to make sure my package was mailed correctly. Thank you Chris!”
“Idk what everyone expects from USPS but I’ve been shipping packages through this post office without any issues. And everyone saying the staff is rude…they really aren’t, they’re just doing their job. And most of the times are friendly, smiling and answer any questions. It’s not a premium service, hence you don’t pay UPS or FedEx Premiums. I’ve gotten money orders and other services and it’s all been fine.
If you have a problem with your post office, maybe speak to your state and county representatives, and don’t vote in people who aren’t interested in improving USPS for the public but privatize it for their own profits.”

“I’ve been to so many post offices over the country and this is by far my favorite. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and always have supplies in stock. I go out of my way to come to this post office because it’s worth it. People complaining about service have not been to a post office in NYC and it shows ?”
“I had to send multiple tax returns today. Katherine was wonderful. She confirmed all the correct IRS and GA Department of Revenue PO Boxes. She suggested to only use First Class for my GA returns because the state picks up the returns directly which saved me $25. She had a very soothing manner and answered all my questions.”
“After driving throughout Buckhead looking for a post office that was open. Arrived to this location that was open, my local post office on Pharr Road is closed for remodeling. The wait time was minimal and the clerk was helpful & friendly.”
“I'm giving this place 5 stars since the postal employees are trying to do their best given the circumstances. It's true that they're only open to the public from 12:30-2:30. I suggest going right when they open or when they close. The line is miles long if you go in between.”

“Had a fabulous experience today with Nathan. He was patient and very informative. Made sure I shipped the most cost effectively instead of just letting me pay a crazy amount. Great guy!”
“I read the other reviews and was worried about my visit. However, I came Friday mid morning and was promptly and professionally assisted by the nice man behind the counter. Very pleasant and seamless experience.”
“Kiosk in the front is pretty easy to use even to mail a big box. Line was long but the staff was doing her best. I’m thankful for USPS, it’s organized and efficient. If line is long just use the self service kiosk right by the entrance!”
“Compared with the Embry Hills branch down the street this place is the Ritz. Although, its terribly understaffed (thank Congress for that) the people who work there know their jobs well, are helpful in correcting any errors you might have made (imagine how much patience their jobs actually require!) and most importantly they are not vindictive jerks. So just go there during the morning when there are no lines and you won't have trouble.”
“In my experience USPS hasn’t always been the most pleasant of tasks but this guy takes really good care of this location, and always has such a kind disposition. His happiness is contagious. When I walk in I can immediately smell he has been cleaning. He moves you in and out with ease. Everything is neat and meticulous. I bet you my bottom dollar he is a perfectionist and takes pride in everything he does. I’m sure he keeps busy all day long. I feel ashamed I don’t know his name by now. I’m shocked to see so few stars for this location. However, I can assure it’s because of the other employee who takes his place when he isn’t here!”
