“Dylan and his team are amazing. My wife and I have lived here for over 2 years. We love almost all of it.
The thing we dislike, and the only reason I can't rate the complex 5 stars, is they have started leaving the gate open during the day. We pay to live in a gated complex because we love the security and safe feeling we have, but leaving the gate open all day defeats the purpose.
Everything else, from the amenities to the affordability is amazing. It's the best complex we have lived in, and would love to stay here for a few more years”

“I'm known by HookedonsweetsAustin, because I do home baking. But my name is ms Gloria. I've lived here 12 or 13 years now and gone through at least 4 different property managers. This is a rather large property that needs to have at least 2-3 good strong maintenance staff, in stead of running one down til they get sick and want to quit!! It is a lot of work, not for the faint of heart!!!
All in all, this is a good place to live. I'm satisfied as long as the rent doesn't get much higher!!
My birthday is next month, I'll be 76 years young as long as the lord bless me to keep living!!”

“hi friendly people of calibre lake, had a wonderful experience yesterday with mom walking the community. the lake was peaceful and we spent a moment swinging around taking in the serene nature views and water views. the double decked pool was also a amazing feature. the agents were nice and hospitable to us even though we decided to lease closer to moms final resting place. It was a very close tie tho, very beautiful property thank you again for taking time to let us view. Jennyene and jesssica answered all our questions!! happy holidates!”

“We searched for an Apartment complex that has great management and maintenance. This was more important to us than having the newest and most updated rooms. I continually am blown away by how quickly work orders are taken care off upon submission. Shoutout to Henry and the amazing other maintenance staff!!
One thing I noticed that there is continual repairs and improvements done to the community. I see a sidewalk repaired or a pool fixed or a concrete path poured, before anything gets into a really bad condition. This to me speaks of an Appartement complex that goes above and beyond and doesn’t just do the bare minimum like many others.”
