Steve Parker is patient, gracious, and extremely knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to make sure I fully understand my vehicle, especially when transitioning from one model to another. That level of care makes the experience feel personal rather than transactional.
I also want to thank Alex Price, who truly made the process feel like a family experience rather than a typical sales interaction. He took the time to discuss options around maintenance and long-term care for the vehicle without any pressure, which I genuinely appreciated.

They have a great selection of Jeeps, trucks, and commercial vehicles, with multiple car lots that are clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate.
The restrooms were spotless, the coffee machine was a nice touch, and the waiting area was comfortable. It’s a great place to get work or homework done while waiting, especially with internet access.

“I was experiencing battery issues and was about to spend $400–$500 for repairs at a dealership service center. I decided to stop by the Advance Auto Parts location on S Cobb Drive to see if I could replace the battery myself.
When I arrived, Jameka and Bobby came out and professionally diagnosed my vehicle. They ran a full diagnostic (for FREE) and informed me that everything was fine. The battery, alternator, and starter all checked out fine.
They were genuinely focused on helping me and saving me money, rather than selling me something I didn’t need. Their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service they provided. 10/10 recommend this location and their staff. “A much better option then going to the Moreland location and they answer the phone after 5 o clock. Have been burned by the Moreland location so many times I only go there if absolutely necessary. If you do go double check your parts and invoice because I have been charged more and given the wrong parts. This location is far better at communicating and doing what they say. Tight parking for a big truck and close fences but recommend over the other location hands down.”
