She is very thorough, her documentation is meticulous, and if she doesn’t know the answer she has many resources to get the right information. (We have had some very complicated issues.) Dr Rox makes safe and evidenced based recommendations. In 10 years there have been communication mistakes regarding appointment times/dates, prescription refills, etc but it’s only occasionally and at the end of the day we know that Dr Rox and the staff at Arkle really care about our babies. Any miscommunication was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Dr Rox has spent hours with us over the years making sure that we know how to take care of the pups. When we worked with a rescue and had to take our foster to another vet for price/discounts, we could definitely tell other vets don’t take the time like Dr Rox does.

Since my cat didn't eat like she normally would, I was giving back two cans of food that I brought there for her. Sure, it might seem like a small thing, but I appreciate it nevertheless. At least the employees told me when I called to check on her that Miracle wasn't eating much, not like my "(Christian)neighbors" that lied to me when I had them look after my cat once.

1860 Spring Rd SE D, SmyrnaMy dog fell off the bed in the middle of the night and injured his leg. CAC was able to get us in the next morning. The vet that we saw was someone filling in for the normal vets. Dr Navarro was very good and explained everything very well. She was able to provide me with a recommendation for the surgery that Snitch needs. The vet she recommended was very thorough and reasonably priced. Overall I was very happy with the visit, as always.

After going to several vets across Georgia in this two years, FINALLY!! My neighbor referred me (and after I gave up) to her long-time vet, Dr. Williams. They board too! Highly recommend Animal Care Center!!

From the first day he went at four months old to turning a year old and getting to celebrate with all of his puppy friends, I couldn’t imagine a better place for my puppy to grow up. I’ve done their daycare and boarding services and have been more than happy with both. There may be many dog trainers and training schools but Dan is not one of them from what I know for the past 10 years of being a client he does this because it's his passion and his love for dogs and to see a family be happy with their dog and enjoy the time to have with your dog. Despite her being fairly thirsty for a day or so and sleeping pretty hard for 2 days, I’m giving 5 stars. I travel a lot (domestic & international) and for Shiloh’s first stay, I was pretty nervous so I had a friend check in on her daily. To return and know that she was doing well daily, that she was a sweetheart of a dog per the staff and no problem at all was so refreshing. One of the best parts is that when I picked her up she didn’t smell like a boarding facility!! The facility is clean, very organized and each staff member I interacted with was pleasant, especially Constance & Tiara (sp). We’ve found our daycare & boarding home here in GA! Thanks again and we will see you soon!!

For the first time, we had to hire a service to take care of our cat, Athena, because we were going to be gone for so long. I was a little nervous, but Paws Amore did a fantastic job. Melissa sent photos every time she visited along with a quick blurb about how Athena was doing. Upon our return, Athena was very happy and healthy. I would highly recommend Paws Amore for pet sitting needs.

Every possible condiment you’d want to add to your pho including homemade chili oil. Complimentary lemon water available when dining in. It was so filling I didn’t need dinner that night.
