“I rented a Toyota Corolla for a trip to the beach. The car drove fine until we hit 60-70 miles on the hwy. The tires were vibrating and the ride was very bumpy. My son stopped and put air in the tires and it was better. Still vibrating, but not like before. I reported this to the Enterprise location we picked up from. We got several calls back from them. They said it had just been serviced, but said we could take it to any location for another vehicle. We didn't have time for all that. It only did it on the highway. When we returned they apologized and gave us a nice credit on the rental. We felt that was gracious and acceptable. The customer service was very good.”

“I have always had great experiences with Enterprise - no matter the location. Staff members are consistently friendly and have been very helpful. Recently I was involved in an accident and left without a vehicle. The chances of getting a rental on the weekend were very slim, but Brenae (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) came through. On top of saving the day, she is professional, caring, and genuine. She made the process seamless, which means a lot after dealing with all the inconveniences an accident brings. “Words cannot express how positive my car rental experience was at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on East Ponce De Leon in Decatur, GA. We are living in a time where the type of service you experience hinges on the color of your skin and/or your financial status. It is sad, but nonetheless a harsh reality. While this has become a norm at many businesses, I am happy to say this was not my experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on East Ponce De Leon in Decatur, GA. From the time I walked through the door, I was treated with the upmost respect and provided exceptional customer service. Micaela, the Assistant Branch Manager was not only professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful but she was also customer focused and went out of her way to ensure that all my questions and needs were addressed.
The communication throughout the rental process was seamless. From reservation to vehicle return, the staff maintained clear and concise communication, ensuring that I was well-informed at each stage. Any inquiries I had were promptly addressed, contributing to a smooth and straightforward rental experience. I would also like to recognize Phylicia for assisting me as well.
Micaela also played a vital role in enhancing the service I experienced. “Let me tell y’all how BLESSED I feel having Britney help me and my daughter today… I had a disaster @ Avis down the street from this budget & I had to get online @ Avis & find a rental so I could make it out of town @ a decent time. So I tried my luck & booked a rental 20 mins in advance of pick up. I got to the budget @ about 105pm I booked @ 1240pm for a 100pm pick up when I got there I was told we have no cars!! I started to get upset and so discouraged cause I promised my daughter a trip before they head back to school… But GOD & Britney made it happen… She got me in a rental in less than 15 mins. Made me & definitely my daughter’s day!! I thank GOD for people like Britney who have a heart & GREAT customer service skills. I had to dish out double of what I wanted to pay but it was WORTH it for my daughter & for my encounter with Britney & her exceptional service.”
“I recently rented a car, ELANTRA, from this location to go on a retreat from my home in Georgia to North Carolina. Budget had the best prices for someone with limited income. The online rental process was easy to accomplish for someone of the elder-age, the pickup process was very smooth, the representatives were nice and knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. I got the same great service when I returned my car plus my deposit was refunded quickly.
I will definitely be using this location on LaVista Road again.”

“I had a good experience from pick up to drop off. The ladies were professional and enforced policy and procedure, so I kinda skeptic using this one after bad reviews. However, the process was seamless.
I made my reservation online and I wish Budget emailed what’s needed before actually arriving to the place. There were a couple of hiccups I encountered but was able to drive off after the hiccups were cleared.”
