“I had an outstanding experience at this UPS location thanks to Devonta Stevenson, the General Manager. From the moment you walk in, his positive energy is contagious. His smile truly lights up the entire store. The store also smells amazing which is weird and also cool at the same time.
What impressed me most was the personal care and attention he gave to each and every customer. He took the time to be informative, patient, and genuinely kind, making sure everyone felt heard and helped. It was incredible to watch people come in clearly stressed or upset and walk out smiling simply because they interacted with him.
Devonta sets the standard for exceptional customer service which seems so rare these days. His attitude, professionalism, and warmth create an environment that makes a real difference. Great job, Devonta. UPS is lucky to have you!”

It took me a little while to write this review, but I finally made it — and I couldn’t let the chance pass without sharing my amazing experience at The UPS Store in Toco Hills.
I walked in just to make a few prints… and walked out happy, grateful, and honestly blown away! ? All thanks to Kiesha, who gave me a level of personalized service that’s incredibly rare to find these days.
She didn’t just care about what I needed — she actually helped me enhance the look and feel of my prints ??️, paying attention to every little detail. Her kindness, her energy, her passion for what she does… everything was a 1000 out of 10! ?
Kiesha made me feel right at home ? and treated me like more than just a customer. She’s not only excellent at what she does — she’s exceptional with people, which is what truly matters.

“The guy who took my package did not look like he wished he was somewhere else, doing something else. He did not speak fast like he was trying to get by me and move onto the next person that needed help. He actually looked at me when he was talking to me. His choice of words did not sound like they came from a computer or that he had said it 1000 times already that day. It seemed like he was talking to me, not to a practice bot for Improving customer service skills.”
“I've been using this post office offsite for a number of years. The proprietor is always friendly and courteous. I believe the mail carrier picks up twice a day 9:30am & 3pm.To sum it all up this is your one stop for dropping off and picking up your packages, it beats those long lines in the post office even before the Covid19 epidemic. Thumbs up to this store ??”
“Bought a new mail box cedar post along with an XL mailbox. Needed someone with experience to make sure the hugh mailbox was securely attached. Called Chris at Southern Post. He did a fantastic job. First for safety he has gas lines checked and marked. Then added cement to make sure post was well established in the ground. He even brought extra things he knew he would need to adequately secure such a large mailbox to the wooden cedar post. Very pleased with his professional service. And it’s always good to deal with local establishment companies.”

“There’s is a young lady blonde long hair, i did not get her name. This girl is the best employee ever, every time i go there she smiles and always has a great attitude. Today it was busy it happened that she was also training but this girl did not one second lost her positive attitude or didn’t stop being nice to her customers. Thank you for what you do.”

“I waited until to see if all my packages and letters reached their destinations from inside Georgia to Indiana and to California. Sent 9 packages/letters and all of them arrived safely.
When looking at post offices in the Atlanta area, I was shocked at how low the ratings were for other locations. Friends recommended I make the trip out to Avondale and I even took the Marta before walking.
So glad I did. Service was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I apologized to both the lady who helped me and the other clients as I had so many things to send. They were all kind and understanding.

“I'm going to add on that this is an EXCEPTIONAL location! I had a horrible mess up printing some very important brochures with Staples, and it looked like I was just out of luck. I came into this location on a whim and not only did they stop and drop what was going on to help me, they did it in 15 minutes! Every person on the floor was weighing in and helping, and the manager was stand out superb. I'm a retail innovation and customer experience consultant, so I REALLY notice both the big and the little things...and this location sets the bar. I hope they are recognized for how awesome they are. Customers like me are so very appreciative, and it will be awarded with our ongoing business!”
“Really shocked at the negative reviews as we’ve been using this location for a couple of years now and have never had any issues. We’re always greeted as soon as we walk through the door and service is always quick and efficient. The guys behind the counter always go above and beyond for me and my husband. I prefer this location over the one at 2897 N. Druid further up the road. They surprisingly have much better reviews and there’s always a long wait time for us there. ??♀️”

“I have been using this location for many years and yes sometimes there are back logs to the counter but usually during lunch hours . The two people who presently working there are very professional and goes the extra mile to assist you . I see customers showing up and are not prepared correctly to mail something but they are treated well and given the opportunity to correct whatever and get their stuff mailed . This takes a lot of patience on the associates there. I give the PO a 100% rating . Their front should swing in vice out due to some customers carrying a load to mail.”
“I went to this location get a passport. I had an appointment and arrived early. I was informed that their camera is down and I was referred to the CVS down the street to get the photo taken. Afterwards, I returned to the post office and got the passport application take care of. There was only one person up front and she was very efficient for working by herself. 1 star was deducted for the inconvenience of the camera not working.”
