Here is the truth about my experience.
It was Saturday afternoon and I was searching for white shoes for church.
Belk was my absolute last hope.
The shoe department was packed.
There were only 2 associates working at first. One of them looked like she was ready to GO HOME. (You know what I mean). And suddenly she was gone.
But the customers were still coming.
You could hear the whispers of the dissatisfied customers.
Two associates had suddenly dwindled down to ONE ASSOCIATE!
I DON’T KNOW HOW THIS SUPER ASSOCIATE (015474) DID IT but let me tell you. SHE WORKED THAT SHOE DEPARTMENT WITH SURE GRIT AND PROFESSIONALISM.
We all received the same excellent service and I’m telling you we (women customers) were everywhere. She provided amazing customer service. I was extremely impressed and very satisfied.

“Not necessarily my favorite, but also not the worst. Absolutely thrilled with the workers, however, as they were super responsive in helping us get an item priced.
The cashiers were also trying to get people to come to them for checkout. A first for us! Never before had cashiers fussing (good naturedly, of course) with each other to have us come to their register!”
“It’s been a looooooong time that an associate actually approached me as a customer to let me know they’re available to help me and showed me where they check me out when I’m ready. Thank you Mary for being so kind and introducing yourself to me.”

“I was on travel and hadn't packed enough warm clothes - apparently this was the coldest temperatures in Atlanta since 1985. Thanks to a winter cyclone bomb or some such silliness. Anyhow, I found several sweatshirts at Ross and they were really nice and fair priced. Staff was helpful, was in and out in good time.”
“Usually come here for the clothes and kitchen stuff. It's a discount store, so they kinda get last dibs before goodwill and some others. But that's to be expected. I like to save money and shop here instead of designer-named stores. There's no way I'm gonna go spend $99 on a new polo when TJ Maxx sells decent polos for a fraction of the price. The staff is nice at this location and it's a clean store. Never had any issues shopping here.”
“Definitely the best Target location in the area. Most other Targets have gone through remodels that have left them looking on par with or worse than Walmart. This one has held up and this makes it the nicest one, in my opinion. All of the cashiers and customer service employees are super friendly but some of the stockers have been slightly rude and shove-y in the past which takes my rating from a 5 to a 4. Overall, one of my favorite stores to shop at and definitely my favorite Target location.”

“This TJ Maxx is huge. My fav spot in TJ Maxx is the gourmet food section. Always nice surprises on these aisles. Last visit, I found authentic New York Pretzels. They were delicious.”
“Had 3 Apple Watches I wanted to return, I thought it’d be pretty easy to return but they had to check each watches serial number. Martha and Amy were so nice and patient throughout the whole process and kept me entertained! Never thought I’d have fun returning items lol”
“I was rushing around today looking for a paper fan to use at my daughter's graduation. Clayton and Andrea genuinely wanted to help me and went above and beyond getting me what I needed. They were really helpful. Susie at check out too!”

“Nice store not near enough cashiers or changing rooms. There is only one changing room open and you have to wait for an open room and then you have wait longer if you decide to purchase something. Cashiers are polite at this location.”

“The lady who opened the sunglasses case to help me find a pair, plus assisting me when I asked about the sunglasses cases it came with and Lynda at the cashier taking the sensor off to make sure it looks good on me, due to final sale with no returns and exchanges because of Clear the Rack sale, all were helpful and great. This is my first time here. One star off for the cashier with head wrap who was next to Lynda, who went on her phone to text when it was my turn at front of the check out line, but Lynda stepped up which I appreciate.”
“I was in this complex for salon appointment and noticed the store.. I LOVE Macy’s and my first place to go for handbags, perfumes, shoes and fancy dresses and what not. I am so glad about market type stores they are opening for easy access without trip to a mall.This store is like mini Macy’s..kind of Kohl’s size.. I don’t see they have all brands here but decent options for clothing, perfumes, bags, jwellery etc. Little section of Toys R Rus at the corner has good options for toys.Associates were friendly and checking if any help needed. Cherry on top- they have Starbucks inside.Browsing through their jewelry, I loved one gold bracelet and that turned into my Christmas present by hubby.. So absolutely loved my first visit ?”
