“Jonathan in Women’s Apparel deserves a HUGE shoutout!
Last week, I was looking for a very specific dress and size, and even though the store was incredibly busy because of a sale, Jonathan went above and beyond and searched the entire department to help me find it.
He made me feel important, never rushed, and genuinely cared about helping me. You can tell he truly loves what he does and takes pride in his work.
Whatever Jonathan is getting paid, it’s not enough! He is an absolute asset and deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Jonathan, for going above and beyond!”

“Love shopping here at this location the store is very well organized and nicely stocked, the employees are helpful. The line was long. I needed an item that I forgot I asked an individual by the name of Major, did they have any in stock? He confirmed that they did from what he know that they have inside the store I asked if he mined bringing me three boxes of them, He went and got it for me and that meant a lot versus me having to get out of line and get back behind 13 different individuals. Thanks again.”

“I have always loved Belk and their products. I’ve shopped them since I was a child with my mom and then when I had kids too. Now I buy for my grands there. Great store. The one in Hartwell needs a bathroom refresh for sure. But still a great store. I buy all my Este Lauder there.”
“I understand that most folks sometimes feel more compelled to leave reviews when they experience a horrible experience. I, on the other hand, would like to share a wonderful experience I had with Lynda H. Sorry, I do not know her last name. Every single time I show up there she greets me with her beautiful smile. Even though she may have been wearing a mask but I can tell by her eyes that she is smiling from ear to ear. I do not know her personally but only through my visits there. I purchase most of my items on line only because I have a very busy schedule and do not get the opportunity to shop throughout the store. Sometimes I do go in and get the pleasure to roam around and shop. So far, I had a great experience in the handbags dept and sunglass dept as well. I wish I captured her name but she was very delightful. Now going back to Lynda. Most of my interactions with her has been with returns only because as I mentioned I do many online purchases so many of those items do not fit correctly or are not as flattering as they seem to be online. With that being shared, she has always greeted me and handled my transactions with courtesy and super kind. So blessed to get her each time and confession time, sometimes I try to wait for her only because she by far has been my favorite. Thank you Lynda for being a beautiful soul and thank you for your impactful words to me on my last shopping experience. Next time I show up, I will let you know about this review. God bless”
“Nice store! Looks clean and well organized. I only shopped in the Women's Plus size and Men's Big and Tall clothing sections but they had a nice selection. I interacted with several store employees and all of them were helpful and courteous. One employee even took the time to explain Kohl's sizing tags in the men's big and tall section after showing me where to find what I was looking for. Most of the workers I saw were were either putting out new stock or putting items left in the dressing room area back in place. I went during a sale and got some good bargains. I was impressed with the quality of the clothing.”

“After visiting a nearby Ross that sent my fight-or-flight response into overdrive and spiked my cortisol levels, stepping into this Marshalls was genuinely regulating.
The aisles were clear. The shelves were stocked. Shoes were on shelves like a civilized society intended. My shoulders dropped. My breathing slowed. My nervous system realized it was safe again.
This store didn’t just offer merchandise—it offered healing. Order. Space. Calm. I could browse without scanning for hazards or preparing to hurdle obstacles. It felt less like survival mode and more like retail therapy in its purest form.
If you need to lower your cortisol, re-enter your body, and remember that not all discount stores are chaos factories, come here immediately after a stressful shopping experience elsewhere.

“I came around 11am on a Friday. Typical target layout. Finally self checkout here. I came a year ago and there was none. Starbucks in the front as soon as you come in off to the left. As well as the restrooms. The restrooms were clean. I love their makeup section layout. I couldn't find any plant based meat. The staff looks at you like you are dirty- that's normal. That's fine, I didn't come for a sense of community. Overall a great experience comes early to avoid the long lines.”

“Glad this Kohls is here. Good bargains, not to high of prices compared to department stores at the Mall. Because the Kohls seem to be disappearing over the years, I really hope this one doesn’t because it is a good place to shop. One more thing, it is not too far off of Interstate 85 so you can quickly to get off and shop and easily get back to go home or wherever else you want to go.”
