“I have some building plans printed and they sent me to another location which was fine. Problem is you couldn't read the plans when they were printed. They didn't even tell me when I picked them up. They wont give me my 55 dollars back. Said it was my fault. I sent the same email attached plans to another ups location and they printed just fine and it cost me 34 instead of 55.
I got a phone call today and the UPS store realized their mistake and will credit me back all of my money.”
“I do not write reviews often because my busy schedule. If I do, it is either because it is so good or so bad. Sign11 falls to So Good category. A few things surprised me. 1. Price, very inexpensive, 2. Quality, I always had my posters printed on paper by many different companies. This time I had it printed on vinyl . I was really not so sure if the quality would be acceptable. Wow, when I receive the final print out, it is no different from paper print. I can hang it for ever, even outside under the sun or rain. 3. Communication: After I submitted my file online, I received an email from the company, letting me know some of the words are not clear enough and they provided touch up to improve the quality for my proof reading, It never happened to other companies. 4. Delivery: I need my print next day so I have to pick up myself. They left the product outside the company if you come to them after business hour. It was raining day. When I got there, the print is sealed with plastic bag. No any issue with rain. Again they did fantastic job.”

“I can't say enough kind words about Steve Slaton and this company. Our family suffered the tragic loss of our 24 y.o. Marine son. My mother in-law needed help reproducing photos and memorabilia to create a memorial book for his birthday. She had visited another graphics company first who was rude and expensive, and not at all flexible. Steve was so accommodating and gracious, and this was ALOT of print work. He also created duplicates for the In-laws. When my father in-law went to pick it up, Steve refused to accept any money. I went in there to make the same print order but the person helping me was short, seemed agitated by my need to make a single 'test' print before needing to make adjustments. I went back today to the Johns Creek location and was told I would need to come back after lunch as there was only one person working. That is when I left to go to your location on 3370 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA. Thanks to team member Aniya, my experience was stellar!
