There was an issue I had to work out in my bank statements and Tiffany not only handled it with professionalism and courtesy, but she diffused my frustration by helping me understand calmly and with compassion what the error was that had taken place. She met my frustration, which was turning to anger because I was not able to get accurate information over the phone, with kindness and patience under fire. “I’m so happy Region’s has gone back to great customer service like they did 20 yrs ago. I had a deposit that I had from months and months of working to get from another financial place of business. They made it so difficult to get my money out of it. I went to Lockheed Credit Union to deposit it and they wanted me to just put these 5 checks into the machine myself while they watched behind a counter. It’s like an atm inside the bank. With all the problems I had getting the checks I could just see something going wrong and maybe getting lost or jammed in this machine. I was really upset that no human was going to make the deposits so I could feel relieved they were safe in my account. I decided to walk away and go to Regions where I was greeted with a great welcome. The teller was awesome and deposited the checks in my accounts and gave me copies of the checks and the deposit receipt for all the checks like normal banks do. I can’t believe a bank wants to do business that way at Lockheed. Why even have people around? I will never feel comfortable depositing my money any other way than at Regions with a wonderful welcoming teller. It felt like it did 20 yrs ago. Thank you for making me feel a little special today Regions.”

“I recently closed my accounts at Fidelity Bank because they totally pissed me off...and decided to open an account here because well the car wash guy Karl up the street raves about them...and I live a stone throw from this place so I figured why not... First of all nicest people you ever want to meet work here. Joyce, Dorothy and the branch manager Aaron are amazing. They greet 99% of the customers by their first name; you know this is a special place when your banker has his cell phone number listed on his business card and tells all the customers to call him anytime... I was able to open a checking account here with Aaron's help and got a debit card printed in about 15 minutes...I highly recommend these guys...nothing like small town hospitality!”

“Banking has been a nightmare since the pandemic, but Kyle Gilbert-Hansen, the small business banker from this branch has been terrific. He set me up with a check scanning machine for my deposits and followed through until it was set up. Then today I happened to be at a car dealership and it occurred to me to reach out to him to prevent the dealer to run my credit a plethora of times as they often do. Kyle went above and beyond and got me all set up and approved in less than 1 hour. He even followed up with the underwriting team to expedite the process since he knew I was on site. I got a great rate too.Before meeting him I had considered moving to perhaps a smaller bank where I wouldn't be just a number, but now I feel like a valued customer.Kyle deserves major kudos for his commitment to his customers and overall remarkable service. “I am not a Bank of America client, however I did have to go into the Towne Lake branch to get an issue resolved today. Carrie Anna was the one who assisted me with my issue and she was AMAZING! I had been on the phone all day with BoA representatives trying to get this issue resolved and Carrie Anna was able to help me within 5 minutes of me walking into the branch. She really took the time to understand the issue I was experiencing and to get to the root of things to solve the problem! She even stayed past closing time to ensure that my issue was fully resolved. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate her willingness to help me! She truly went above and beyond! That girl deserves a raise! ?”
