“Went to get my son the iPhone 11 today (5-19-2024) Renae/Ranay was the one that helped us. I hope I spelled her name right. I didn't notice a name tag on her BUT, after her helping us I asked for her name to thank her. She was kind, patient, very informative & knowledgeable. When we walked in she mentioned to us that the systems were running slow. I'm assuming due to the power outage the night before that's why the systems were probably running slow due to that. She kept reassuring us she was working on getting everything set up for us. It actually didn't take that long, I was expecting longer lol. Glad it didn't & everything worked out great. “As soon as I walked into this Verizon store a woman immediately came up to me asking if I needed any help. I was there to only ask about their different internet plans to it was only going to be a short visit for me where I wouldn't be looking around for anything else. She was awesome and I wish I had written hr name down but I'm sure she will remember me if she reads this review. She also didn't best around the bush like other stores did to me and gave me only exactly what I wanted to know about unless she had a better option for me in which she did and if I could rate her as well she'd get 10 stars. I will be going back to this Verizon to do on the advice she gave me. I only go on that side of the island once a month so I'll be back there in about 3 weeks and then I'll be a part of the Verizon Plan. Aloha”

“At the other store (the big one), I spent 2 hours because the reps equipment wasn't working properly. The manager stepped in and said he would personally help me and then ignored me for another half hour. Later, I went to this store (School St.) and I was in and out in 20 minutes with my name new phone. No fuss, no muss.”

“I scheduled an appointment for finger printing here online through Field Print. It's located in Waipahu beside Elena's. Parking can be challenging since the place is so busy with all the restaurants here. Appointment was pretty efficient. Walked in for my booked appointment. Checked in with staff. Showed the required ID and got finger prints done. Took less than 10 minutes. If you need finger printing done, this place is convenient for the west siders.”

“Alamoana Spectrum store opens until 8pm. Came in 25 minutes before closing on a Wednesday night and checked in on tablet at the front of the store. Received text that I'm in line and they will be updating me soon. Okay 10 minutes to go and 5 people in front of me. The workers surprisingly blitzed through and Van was so kind in helping me retrieve the new modem. 5 stars quick and friendly service.

“I had many problems with Spectrum, before, but when I came a couple weeks ago, kristoffer saramad an unreal worker at Milani helped me with my account that nobody would help me for years He was patient and super helpful for me to save money on my account that nobody else said was possible, including manager she is terrible. He should be the manager. You need more workers like him that cares about other people and try to help. I was considering going to another carrier until he help me Like I said, he should be the manager you need more people like him and your star rating will go up. It starts at one person and I’ll catch two other people.”

Ryan gave me piece of mind re: the integrity of my systems plus options for getting Wi-Fi pods & switching out my Wi-Fi equipment via customer care… plus ensuring i can get my cable tv viewing back re: the xumo box residential agreement.
