The older gentleman man with the glasses (I forget his name- darker skin) he drives a motorcycle and is retiring soon in February I believe. He was so kind and patient assisting my mom every step of the way with her Asurion device replacement claim. Reg is the best sales associate i have ever had. this man saw me drop my bag outside and ran out to pick it up. 10/10 give that man a raise!
