“Went to get my son the iPhone 11 today (5-19-2024) Renae/Ranay was the one that helped us. I hope I spelled her name right. I didn't notice a name tag on her BUT, after her helping us I asked for her name to thank her. She was kind, patient, very informative & knowledgeable. When we walked in she mentioned to us that the systems were running slow. I'm assuming due to the power outage the night before that's why the systems were probably running slow due to that. She kept reassuring us she was working on getting everything set up for us. It actually didn't take that long, I was expecting longer lol. Glad it didn't & everything worked out great. “I had scheduled a battery replacement for my iPhone 11. Entire repair process took 5 hours as both batteries that were used to replace the old one were defective. The front desk sales associate Breanna was friendly and helpful. She kept me posted throughout the entire process by emailing me which was really helpful as I did not have other means of communication. They understood how inconvenient it was and offered compensation in the form of a discount off of the repair and a replacing of my old screen protector as it was damaged. The defective parts were not the employees fault as it was out of their control. Surely today was just an unlucky day in that regard. I would come back again in the future.”

“We’ve had cricket for a long time, but we just went in to upgrade our phones, I got the only 12 Pro Max they had, and then my husband got got the XR…a couple days in my husband wanted the 12 Pro Max also but they did not have anymore, a few days go by and they got one on, and Cheri called us to let us know that another came in because she knew we wanted it. Go see Cheri, she even helped us choose a new phone for my SIL, and got us going with the mobile hot spot. Always friendly, and always helpful.”

“I scheduled an appointment for finger printing here online through Field Print. It's located in Waipahu beside Elena's. Parking can be challenging since the place is so busy with all the restaurants here. Appointment was pretty efficient. Walked in for my booked appointment. Checked in with staff. Showed the required ID and got finger prints done. Took less than 10 minutes. If you need finger printing done, this place is convenient for the west siders.”
