“I had a problem getting results on the phone when my phone mysteriously died. I had no way to file my claim online (no phone!), so I spent two hours on the landline talking to call-center people, getting a lot of scripted sympathy, but no results. Finally, I decided to go into the store and was immediately greeted by Ka'imi, a very friendly and knowledgeable young woman who filed my online claim from her phone. She said I should get results within a day, but to come back the following day just in case. She said if the claim didn't work for some reason, she would go to another step. I did end up having to buy a burner phone because I needed to have a phone, so I was able to check the status, and the claim was approved very quickly. I went in the next day to thank Ka'imi, and she remembered me. She said, "I was just asking about you!" It did take 12 days to get a replacement, and to my delight, they sent me a free upgrade! Apparently, my model was back-ordered, so they sent me the newer model. I recommend going to the Ewa store, and if you're lucky, Ka'imi will be there to assist you.”

Came down to your location(Pearl Kai)this past sunday to get help with my phone problem & she was excellent & very patient with me cause girrrllll it's the 3rd phone I bought in 1 month, all 3 had the same problem? so you can kinda see the heat I was bringing. Anyways, although I still had to buy a whole new phone, she was super helpful. Walked me through the steps & i appreciate it. She needs a promotion immediately? BTW, yal need to fix yal insurance..cause how do yal expect people to pay for insurance & yet when it's needed, we have to wait 3-5 business day for the claim?? “We’ve had cricket for a long time, but we just went in to upgrade our phones, I got the only 12 Pro Max they had, and then my husband got got the XR…a couple days in my husband wanted the 12 Pro Max also but they did not have anymore, a few days go by and they got one on, and Cheri called us to let us know that another came in because she knew we wanted it. Go see Cheri, she even helped us choose a new phone for my SIL, and got us going with the mobile hot spot. Always friendly, and always helpful.”
