“Came in with my turbo GS300 Lexus with nothing but a downpipe coming off the turbo. The result I got back from bradda man was a completely custom, extra tucked for solid ground clearance, and to my request I wanted it to come past the bumper by a ways because JDM styling. I do all my work myself to my cars as I’m a mechanic by trade, but to purchase the piping to Hawaii was more money than the quote I got from Aloha Muffler, so I took the chance and trusted him with my car. Couldn’t be happier with every step of this process and the result. If you want good and honest work done to your pride and joy car, this is the guy to go to.”

I appreciate this business taking care of our car in a timely manner! Highly recommend”

“My Napa AAA Premium battery was rapidly dying with a recorded Cold cranking amp of 504 (rated at 725) and a State of health at 13%. So, I was in the market to replace my battery ASAP. I couldn’t find my original receipt for this battery, which I purchased on 03-06-2024, in Hilo, Hawaii. This battery is less than 36 months old, so if it’s bad, I should be able to get it replaced free of charge, being that it’s less than three years old, according to batteries warranty. I moved to Nevada two years ago, so I called my closest Napa store here in Henderson, Nevada and I spoke to a store employee, who answered the phone “Hello” and he was not a “Happy camper”. I explained my situation to him, who basically stated no receipt, we can’t do anything for you, need to pay for a brand-new battery. I took a chance and called my former home town Napa in Hilo; Hawaii and I spoke to “Shawn”. Man, what a breath of fresh air…. Shawn was so down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and he was able to locate my car battery receipt for the purchase that I made back in March of 2024, he was able to track it via my phone number and on top of that he was able to email me a copy of the receipt within seconds. I just wanted to give some POSITIVE feedback, being that nowadays, there is so much negativity out there. I would like to acknowledge Shawn on an awesome job in customer service and to keep on doing a great job. Mahalo”

“We absolutely are in love with our new '22 Pathfinder. This dealership is amazing and they were so patient with me and my family. First of all, Kevin, the salesman was so relatable and made the experience fun. Great since of humor and so personable. The entire team was checking on us and offering us snacks. The Finance Manager, Ashley, was also fabulous. When is came to signing and warranty coverage, she whipped out coloring books and crayons so fast so that I could focus while the kids played. She helped me get an amazing interest rate AND saved me a good chunk on hooking me in with a new insurance policy on both our cars! Ezra, the Driving Specialist was so fun as well! He was so informative, showed me all the bells and whistles. Answered all the questions I had, made my family feel special and gave us double Shakas on our drive out! Felt like family. Mahalo Kamaina Nissan!”
