45-3596 Mamane St, HonokaaSusie is the best chef on the island in my experience. A former chef at Four Seasons, she now single-handedly creates masterpieces with every amazing culinary delight. Everything is fresh, local, and organic, so not only are the dishes incredibly delicious, they are healthier and more nutritious than anything I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Sadly, this Saturday is her last day cooking here for awhile. She will be doing a remodeling project and will be closed indefinitely. Her many regular customers, including myself, are all in mourning. I wish there were a way to capture fantastic flavors here to share. For now, a photo will have to suffice. Here's the delicious bi bim bops.
