“I was referred to ProAm by a friend of mine a while ago. Finally got around to checking out the shop and let me tell you it’s a 10/10! I went in for a grip change, totally expecting to pick it up the next day but the awesome team there got it done within the time it took me to look at all the inventory they had!

Took me 5 minutes to make the purchase. I went back 4 months later to have them add the names of the first semester winners. Imagine my delight when they promised next day service at no charge!”

All 3 shops (HIC, Local Motion) were running the same promo: Buy One, Get One 50% off on their private label t-shirts which is an amazing deal considering each shirt priced $28-$30. Their tees are nice quality, soft cotton and fit well. Plus T&C has stunning graphics and they carry a deeper inventory overall.
I was super stoked to discover this shop also carries exclusive Hawaiian design YETI and Hydroflask! All employees were super helpful and friendly; nice relaxed vibe! Shop was busy with tourists and it was refreshing to see this team actively engaging with customers vs. talking amongst themselves. 🤙🏼😎”

“I was little skeptical about the Phiten tapes and products. I gave it a try anyway as my neck really hurt one day. Amazing! The tapes tremendously reduced the pain level. It was like pain scale 9 went down to scale 3. All store staff were very friendly and generously put the tapes on my body .”

“Was at Outrigger Reef for vacation and shopped in the store several times. One time in particular dealt with employee I think his name was Les. One of the most outstanding employees we interacted with at any location on our trip. He was outstanding and the only reason we spent the money we did within the store. The green goddess was clean in and out. The charge was ample thru Sutton bank. It was a miracle we swallowed and enjoyed deserting and jacking pie from cake. The (D)rinks got us blurry fast but we'll off straight from the pour. I would been happy with patch chips ahoy, cause famous amas is well in then poured out.
Other wise cut my cereal box on each side and take out milk from that whole number. Try the pikakalei cause Aunty GET HIRTY and ANTS get shells and column shifts. Cause the boys said get 2 hearty meals 3 bologna sandwiches for lunch and some dining ALEX in home watch... 6 boxes 3 each 15 total 5 guys missing. 10 animals. Cartoon5 grenade out. (UFA)”

“While visiting Waikīkī, I stopped by Patagonia specifically to check out their limited-edition Hawaii logo merchandise.
The store itself was clean, organized, and stocked with a good selection of clothing, accessories, and outdoor gear. My main goal was to find Hawaii-exclusive items, and while I was able to pick up a couple of T-shirts and a tote bag, I was hoping to see more design options in the collection since it’s such a unique and limited offering.
As for customer service, one staff member of Asian descent stood out for being attentive and willing to help. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff seemed largely disengaged and didn’t appear particularly interested in assisting customers. It wasn’t a negative interaction, but there wasn’t much effort made to offer help or answer questions unless approached directly.
Patagonia is definitely on the pricier side, so whether the merchandise feels worth the cost will depend on what you’re looking for. For me, the Hawaii-exclusive items were a fun keepsake from the trip.
Overall, I enjoyed browsing the store and found a few items I was happy to take home. I just wish there had been a larger selection of Hawaii-specific designs and a more consistently attentive customer service experience.”

“Excellent golf store. Great selection of used clubs, with some deals buried if you time it right and hunt a bit.
I rented clubs for a HI golf day. The Cobra clubs were good quality with a decent shaft.
I also had to cancel a day and no issue getting a refund the day before. Will definitely be back.”

“This place is AWESOME! "Everything" you need to get yourself in shape! Everyone of their sales staff is helpful, knowledgeable & professional! First day we went there to look for a treadmill we were sold Awesome product, Awesome sales staff (Rose) exactly what we needed... look no more! We purchased the TM the next day then picked it the following day. Our intent was to have them deliver & set up the TM but Rick & Rich told us we could do it on our own & it wasn't too heavy. (They're both heavyweight buff Braddahz) After calling up a friend to bring his son to come help us carry it up the stairs & set it up... we did it! Oh yeah when I went to pick it up at their warehouse which right at the end of the road. Abel was there all by himself loading the TM into my truck & also tie it down for me! He's definitely an asset to this company! (You guyz should hire someone to help Braddah) lol From product knowledge to customer service storefront to warehouse this is the place!!! 10 star's”
