“1st time trying a smaller dealership(or so I thought). 1st off the inventory was alot more than i could have imagined. We worked with Mikey, who was great. It took 2 trips for us to get what we needed. On the 1st he met us with umbrellas for the rain, the 2nd was greeted with a handshake and smile. He was very friendly and accommodating to our needs and countless questions. Their managers brandon and mike were also very friendly and helpful in getting us into the right car that fit our needs and budget. Financing was quick and easy and not pushy which I really appreciated. All and all great experience and we left with exactly what we needed for our family size and budget. “What a pleasant experience at PCAW (Pearl City Auto Works). I had 2 electrical problems with my vehicle which required a partial disassembly of the dash. PCAW correctly identified the cause of the electrical problem and corrected the problem and reassembled the dash to its original condition using great care as my vehicle was a 2000 Ranger and the clips etc. required extra care to prevent breaking. A special thank you goes to Shay for her assistance in scheduling my appointments and keeping me informed as to the arrival of parts needed and the status of the repairs to my truck. I will definitely be a return customer.”
“Came in for a safety check a few weeks ago...came in mid morning on a Wednesday, 1 car in front of me but they were just about finishing up so barely a wait. Nate did my safety check while I waited in the office. Quick, friendly service! Very efficient, nice young man. I even stopped in again to ask about another vehicle and he shared his mana'o with me on what the steps will be needed to getting that vehicle updated. “My second time coming here and I feel very taken care of. I've been to other places and they mess up a simple oil change causing me to have to go back days later. I will never go anywhere else now. Matt knows his cars and what he's doing. Kelson was so kind and really explained to me what's going on with my car. Keep in mind, I know nothing about cars, nor do I care to learn. Once I see that orange maintenance light I just know to come here. The service is quick and I never have any issues at all! “This was my first experience with Waipio Auto Repair and it was a 5 star experience in my opinion. Took my vehicle in because my AC was only blowing warm air only. They accepted the job and explained the process they intended to take to determine the extent of the repairs and promptly notified me. AC is now blowing cold air and I could not be happier. I’m taking my SUV in today to have them correct an oil leak. Think I found my go to auto repair shop for the future. Highly recommend this family owned shop.”

“Safety inspection expires at the end of 3/26. A safety inspection at my usual service station determined that my parking brake was not holding when engaged. I drove to Starkey’s to see if it could be fixed and accommodated that day. They were busy and full and could have easily turned me away. Good customer relations! They were understanding and told me to bring my truck in 2 days before 9 am. I was accommodated and Brian kept me in the loop and got it fixed to pass my safety inspection……Mahalo Starkey’s”

I made an appointment to have my power window lift assembly repaired, and they told me that it would take a max of 2 hrs. to finish and quoted me a really good price.
When I dropped off my car they got on it right away, and had the assembly disassembled in less than 10 minutes ! They completed the job in less than 1 hr.

“Very impressed with Benz and Jagz Specialist. The service advisor Flora is the real deal—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely customer-focused. She walked me through the repair (Suspension) & maintenance options (spark plugs and transmission service) for my Mercedes and gave a transparent estimate, and delivered exactly what she promised with a quick turnaround. There was an added cost due to a part that was essential for the transmission service and Flora did call me beforehand to inform of the change which I appreciate it. The whole experience was stress-free. If you want quality work without the runaround see Flora. She is awesome!”
“Manny is the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. He made our deal sweet and simple and didn’t waste any of my precious time. He was very straight forward and very professional.. there was one thing that he didn’t brought up though was that there was only one set of key for the Tundra and I was I little bit disappointed. Most cars or trucks comes with two sets of keys in case you lose one you’ll have a spare. Now I don’t have a spare and I might have to contact with Toyota dealer to get a spare with my own expenses..is there a away that Tony Honda can obtain me a spare key for my 2025 Toyota Tundra without any paying any out of pocket?
