“Keneke was the one helping me when i went in for my phone. It was giving me lots of problems so i was hoping we could find the problem and he sure went above and beyond to help me! I really appreciated him, and his shadow Dee for being so patient with me. Keneke gave me lots of options to choose from when there were many restrictions in my case but in the end it all worked out great! Keneke is great! will definitely be asking for his help next time i come in store! ?”
“?Perfect place to grab your necessities! They’ve got great selection of everything you need, including tons of grocery and produce items. Place was super clean and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Good size parking lot with some EV chargers too which is always great. Overall I’d totally come back here and would definitely recommend it.”

“After attempting to activate my new iPhone 15 Pro Max with Verizon's online costumer service after 3 hours and no success I went to the Verizon store in Kapolei for help. Jay, sensing that I was frustrated, provided exceptional service by trying your resolve the issue and talking story. He identified that the issue had to do with the eSIM. “So the map actually shows their store in the wrong location. It is actually located across from Bank of Hawaii and DQ Grill. It is NOT in the plaza with Crumbl cookies.
