“The Staff is a bit quiet and friendly. I had a terrible time unlocking my cell phone physically. Even remotely the staff did everything to help me. Do not use the Samsung A series to port your number over from TM to boost. Better to buy or finance a cell phone from boost. Which I am doing because I have no other choice. The plans are the best for cell service TM doesn't have enough Towers in the Southside of EWB.”

“Went to get my son the iPhone 11 today (5-19-2024) Renae/Ranay was the one that helped us. I hope I spelled her name right. I didn't notice a name tag on her BUT, after her helping us I asked for her name to thank her. She was kind, patient, very informative & knowledgeable. When we walked in she mentioned to us that the systems were running slow. I'm assuming due to the power outage the night before that's why the systems were probably running slow due to that. She kept reassuring us she was working on getting everything set up for us. It actually didn't take that long, I was expecting longer lol. Glad it didn't & everything worked out great. I had a great experience here!”

“After attempting to activate my new iPhone 15 Pro Max with Verizon's online costumer service after 3 hours and no success I went to the Verizon store in Kapolei for help. Jay, sensing that I was frustrated, provided exceptional service by trying your resolve the issue and talking story. He identified that the issue had to do with the eSIM. “Staffs were friendly, courteous and well informed. Went there to purchase new updated cellular for granddaughter because her old phone was not working serviceable (technical problems). Wanted to upgrade my cellular but not completely sold to the idea and products expensive. Wanted a new battery for my phone but was informed they do not carry sell batteries. Sad to hear that!”

The manager stepped in and said he would personally help me and then ignored me for another half hour. “The older gentleman man with the glasses (I forget his name- darker skin) he drives a motorcycle and is retiring soon in February I believe. He was so kind and patient assisting my mom every step of the way with her Asurion device replacement claim. You hardly see good customer service now days but when you do it stands out. Great job!”

“So the map actually shows their store in the wrong location. It is actually located across from Bank of Hawaii and DQ Grill. It is NOT in the plaza with Crumbl cookies. Not sure about the other reviews. But. The service we received was excellent! I didn’t catch the name of the rep but she was very friendly and helpful!”

“I had many problems with Spectrum, before, but when I came a couple weeks ago, kristoffer saramad an unreal worker at Milani helped me with my account that nobody would help me for years He was patient and super helpful for me to save money on my account that nobody else said was possible, including manager she is terrible. He should be the manager. You need more workers like him that cares about other people and try to help. I was considering going to another carrier until he help me Like I said, he should be the manager you need more people like him and your star rating will go up. It starts at one person and I’ll catch two other people.”

Ryan gave me piece of mind re: the integrity of my systems plus options for getting Wi-Fi pods & switching out my Wi-Fi equipment via customer care… plus ensuring i can get my cable tv viewing back re: the xumo box residential agreement. I had not watched tv in 2 weeks.as I did not accept the agreement on the screen. He deserves a pay raise & is a great asset to your team. Do not let him go.”
