“We went into the bank and met the loan officer, Chase, and he worked with us and helped us in every detail that had to be done. If I couldn't figure out what the message wanted me to do, I would go into the bank and he would help me. Always so professional and willing to help and they knew their job and answered every question we had written down. It took longer than we thought it would but he kept us updated with each step. Another loan officer, Kyle, was needed to work with us and he was great also. We always felt they were helping us to accomplish the task not just a job. Highly recommend Mountain America Credit Union. thank you very much.”
“Quite honestly, all of the 1 star reviews surprise me. I've been a member of this credit union since around 2016 when it was Icon Credit Union and Horizon acquired Icon about a year ago. This credit union is the perfect size... big enough to where you can get things done and helped, but small enough to where the tellers, officers, and location manager all remember your name. I have needed to go there more than normal over the last month and JJ (the location manager) has been incredibly helpful. All of the tellers are very kind and the loan officer who has helped me in the past (Brandon) is very helpful as well. I've had no problem being a member of this credit union and do not plan on leaving. Am excited to see how Horizon continues to grow over time.”

Then she took it a step further and sent the check to the dealership with overnight shipping so I could go pick up my car next day since I don’t live locally. Top notch service and it’s something I’ve never experienced from other banks or credit unions in the past. Pioneer has our family’s business for life!”

“The staff has been so kind to me. They have the best customer service that I have seen from a company in a very long time. When I stop by one of the branches after a long day of work it is nice to encounter a joyful smile and respectful attitude.”
“The employees cheerfully spent 2 hours helping me consolidate my accounts into an easier grouping. They were all very helpful to me and to each other. They also provided excellent and cheerful assistance to other patrons when they came in, always leaving at least one worker helping me. They even sent me a nice thank you note. In other words they went over and above their call of duty.”

“I've been using ICCU now for at least 10 years, and am always happy. But today, I was astounded by the level of care, customer service, and going above and beyond I received from Jakob. ICCU has always done their best to accomodate unique situations but today I witnessed first hand and in person how dedicated to their customers they are, and in particular Jakob at the Overland branch. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but excellent service like this is almost unheard of!”

“I was a bit hesitant to try this credit union with the super low rating. I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised. Amazing and friendly service so far with the number of times I have had to come in. They even handled a signature guarantee for me seamlessly. I have had a great experience with both the retail side and business side of the operation. A few small cons would be it took a while to open my accounts, but I was in no hurry and enjoyed chatting with the rep. Also it seems like there is a $300 limit on the ATM with the debit card, but I am sure I can get that raised. You can take out $800 with other banks. Overall, it has been a great experience and this place is convenient and service focused. Not sure why all of the negative reviews, but it seems like they are taking their customer service seriously and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to get away from a big bank.”
