“Beautiful store with unique decor - love the bird-themed items as well. Found some gorgeous faux sprigs for our Christmas/Winter mantle this year, including this metallic crowned bird. Great shop for holiday decor and they discount the holiday items the week before Christmas, which is fun if you are looking for last-minute decor or gifts. The free gift-wrap service is slow but done very beautifully. Worth your time waiting! They do not have a website or social media. Their choice, and rather refreshing in this era of online retail overload.”

“Prices are great but because this is a discount store you have to check your items for flaws//damage. Customer service is great when you enter the store, They typically greet you as you enter. Employees are polite at the registers. Dressing room staff can be a little intense but for the most part are polite. I've never had a bad experience. There is no customer service throughout the rest of the store. If you have a large item you have to move it yourself and the carts are too small to move large items. The stores are usually full of merchandise and messy which can make shopping difficult but it is like this at every Ross I have shopped at in every town and state on the western part of the U.S.. I genuinely enjoy shopping at Ross for the value of the name brand products they sell.”

“The older lady at the checkout stand, ( I should have got her name ) was absolutely sweet, kind, wonderful and super helpful. She had the best attitude of a checkout person I've seen in a very long time. You need to give her a raise. I believe she had grayish blonde hair. She was wonderful ?I was there February 3rd around 4:00 p.m. give her a raise!!!!”
