“Always have received excellent customer service from all the staff at PB Boise. I am in there at least once a month and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I have been to many PBs over the years in North Carolina, Scottsdale and chandler az and Boise PB by far has best customer service. The white glove service group however I have to agree with are very sketchy which is why I love they have the option to ship to store.”

“I have had 2 experiences at this location over the past 6 years; the most recent on Saturday 06/28/2026 and today 07/01/2026 where I purchased a lovely sofa. I cannot praise the sales staff highly enough, who are very attuned to the specific desires of their customers. They understand what is requested, helping them make an informed decision that in my experience was expedient. They also assist with showcasing frame alternatives, multiple fabric options, and encouraging ideal situations within budgets without judgement or pressure of up selling. There is also fantastic financing options offered that in my experience was reasonably flexible. My only qualm is the exorbitant pricing of the decor, which to be fair is not any reason I would go to this store. The furniture is fairly priced for its outstanding quality, and they have fantastic sales given the upcoming holiday! If I need further furniture I would not hesitate to shop here again.”
