“We went into the bank and met the loan officer, Chase, and he worked with us and helped us in every detail that had to be done. If I couldn't figure out what the message wanted me to do, I would go into the bank and he would help me. Always so professional and willing to help and they knew their job and answered every question we had written down. It took longer than we thought it would but he kept us updated with each step. Another loan officer, Kyle, was needed to work with us and he was great also. We always felt they were helping us to accomplish the task not just a job. Being new, her manager Jennifer Lujan came over a couple times to help her out and the way she treated her as an employee was great to watch. Must be a great place to work!”
