“Megan, the store manager, was very attentive to me each time when I inquired about printing booklets for our high school 40th class reunion. She was so patient with my many questions and never made me feel like a nuisance. Everything published and printed was completed to perfection and done so very promptly. I would go back to this Algonquin location in a heartbeat for future productions. Megan, you're the best! Our Class of '85 thanks you, too.”

“Possibly the most efficient UPS store if not shipping establishment in the area to conduct business in. The staff are very knowledgeable and are able to answer any questions, and they go out of their way to assist me and my elderly grandparent when we both visited on one occasion. They are fast even when they're short on staff. A lot of the negative reviews for this store are laughably incompetent, because many of them are problems with UPS delivery services themselves rather than the store staff. If you're looking to conduct shipping business, I HIGHLY recommend this store.”
