“I am one that is huge on good honest customer service, knowledgeable staff, and effort. I live about 35 minutes away from this store in Missouri however due to how great they were to a good friend of mine I figured I should give them a try. The Boost Mobile near me tried to charge me $290 for 2 free phones, 2 single plans (even tho I asked for a multi-line plan and tried to force sell me all accessories and said if I didn't buy their bundle that the phones would cost me $99 a PC. NO THANK YOU!!Yesterday from the moment I called the Alton Boost store to verify promotions and general pricing to the moment I got home and actually had service I can say without a doubt I will not go any other phone store but ALTON'S BOOST MOBILE!!!While Chuck was busy transferring my phone numbers to the new phones he confirmed everything with me as the process went along. The store would go from just myself being the only customer in there to 4 or 5 others customers. Every single customer walked through the door was greeted with a genuine hello, how can I help you and everyone of them had entered the store saying "Hey Chuck" and every single customer walked out the door satisfied with in 10 or 15 mins from the the time they arrived. From assisting with payment processing, putting new cases or screen protectors on a device, to insuring that my service transfer was completed properly. The obvious pride Chuck takes in providing stellar customer service, his knowledge of Boost service and and the phenomenal reporte he has with the customers is rarely seen anymore when in a retail store. It was worth the drive to visit that store. I honestly do not remember the last time I walked out of a store feeling like my business was more than just a transaction.5 STARS isn't near enough to say thank you for the best customer service experience that I have had in a long, long time. No shady bs, no crabby staff. They go above and beyond to help each and every customer.For the 1st time in 2 years we can finally use our cel phones at home. ????????????”

“My husband and I went into the Alton store last night and there were 6 in line saying they were unable to check in. When we were all told to check in by Craig we told him we could not, he became so rude and said it works just fine. He came over and rudely spoke to the first person in line. He was able to check her in but it took him a long time and he could barely type in her info and get it to work. The same thing happened to all of us as we attempted to check in. He continued being rude and antagonizing. He made us feel like we were idiots. I asked why he was being so rude and he said, “you don’t know what we put up with everyday”. It’s his job. He continued trying to antagonize my husband. Myself and my husband were both very upset. I have never been treated this was by a customer service representative in my life. I asked for a manager and he said there wasn’t one there. We are seriously considering cancelling our services with you because of this one man. We have had phone, internet and cable service with you for the last 5 years but this is unacceptable. The other customers before us were yelling at this guy because of his behavior. Craig seemed to think it was funny. Educate your employees about proper customer service.”
