“Always a smooth experience here. The employees are hardworking and professional. I’ve never had an issue with my packages or mail from this branch. Definitely my go-to post office in the area!”
“Postmaster Matthew and his team are very accommodating, happy to help and very pleasant. I came with my daughter’s wedding invitations twice today and Matthew said he’d help me both times! Great customer service!”

“Lovely staff always. I accidentally dropped off a package in the 24hr drop box with the wrong label on it. Oh no! I came in when the post office opened to hopefully correct my error. The staff member (I forgot her name) was kind enough to go through all the packages to find mine. There were a lot... I had shipped four separate items, and she got them all for me. I found the one with the wrong label, and was able to put the correct label on it. Then shipped it off! This was totally my mistake. So I greatly appreciate all the help I received. Thank you!”

“Cute small and old style mail office conveniently placed in a small downtown area , I went for a couple stamps for postcards, the attention was really good , lola took time to search for some specialty stamps (american revolution ones) i was interested in , overall great service and wasn't busy at all”
“This post office is my favorite, as long as you go through the week. If you go on saturday you will have opposite experience. The lady that works on the weekend does anything she can to do as little as possible. Through the week the employees are so nice and make sure to put the tracking, shipping labels and or postage on my packages themselves ensuring it is done right, weekend lady makes you figure it out and then gets rude when it isnt how she says its supposed to be and says cant be sent that way. I even watched her make a woman black out and rewrite the address because it was "upside down" as if they keep your packages neatly stacked and dont just throw them around. Im pretty sure on that rare occasion they need to turn or flip a box to read address ?? will never visit on a saturday again if i can avoid it.”

“Octavia handles passport applications and she was amazing! I came to this specific location based on reviews about her. Great customer service, personable, and very friendly. If you are going to apply for a passport, I suggest making an appointment at this location. She will take great care of you. Thank you, Octavia!
You can complete your application online and print it out (this is the easier option). Otherwise, you can fill it out in person when you arrive.
Be sure to bring a valid ID or driver’s license, along with your birth certificate or a certified copy. They will need to send the birth certificate in with your passport application, but don’t worry, it will be returned to you.
Also, bring a credit or debit card to pay the passport and processing fees. If you plan to have your photo taken there, bring some cash as well, just in case they only accept cash for photos.
If you come prepared, the process should be quick and painless!”
“The customer service is impeccable, knowledgeable and courteous. The negative reviews are posted by self-centered morons that don't understand how the post office works.”
“Malik is absolutely the best! He is attentive to details, very thoughtful, hard-working and a nice person all around. He sets the bar so high and deserves every raise/benefit there is!”
“I had the pleasure of working with Gale on a package of mine that was having issues being shipped from my post office. She followed up with me everyday on updates and eventually got it worked out to be delivered. She was so great to work with, almost would'nt mind if another package was delayed going to her location! haha. Thanks again Gale!”
“This post office can get pretty busy, and there usually is only one person cashiering, and sometimes even doing passports on the side, but this is not the employees’ fault, its whoever does the scheduling, staffing, or hiring.
Anyways, Pat and Michael are always there to help with a smile even though they are usually a one-person team dealing with so much by themselves. Thank you both keep up the good work!”
“I understand that people can get a little crazy at the post office, but our experience getting passports was very smooth and seamless!
Our family of 4 got it all done in less than an hour and the young lady doing the paperwork and taking the pictures was very nice and helpful. Again everyone's experience will vary and at such a busy place, but can't complain!”

“It gets busy here like any USPS but I was very impressed with Pat. She was running the place solo and was swamped, but was super friendly and on top of her job on a whole different level. Super impressive, she should absolutely be in charge of that place.”
“There is a great, great, great lady working Tuesday afternoons! She really made my day! I do not know her name but she is very helpful and knowledgeable. All other employees should go to her for training. A lot of other people are giving negative comments and negative ratings, but I think they are the ones with the bad attitudes, because this post office was a wonderful experience. The lady working here really restores my faith in the American Postal Service.”
“Maher was just amazing ! For the first time in my life, I was mailing a package to Puerto Rico… He has not only helped me with address and labels. Throughout the whole process he was super politely explained How the package is gonna get there safer! Just an amazing experience! Thank you again!”
“Jessica was FABULOUSLY helpful. I was worried about shipping a flute and she was so calm and quick to help me with a smile and patience explaining the different shipping options. If all postal workers were positive/cheerful/ready and helpful like her- so many people would find themselves walking out with a smile each time they went to USPS.? ???? 5 stars, because this is the best service I’ve ever received at any USPS.I don’t remember names easily, so I went back in to see her name tag as she helped someone else in line. I hope her boss knows what an asset she is to their facility- she had a warm welcome for everyone who passed through the door, as the sole front desk employee this Friday afternoon.THANK YOU TREMENDOUSLY JESSICA, for helping me get a package ? on its way to NJ. ?? I’m so delighted I went to this post office today! ?”
“1:50 Saturday afternoon Sent a package and the clerk was patient with me and very helpful. In and out, including buying a mailer, packing it and addressing it, in about 6 minutes. Other customers seemed happy too.”
“Isaiah who works there went well above and beyond to help me Track my package!! This shipment went from Boston to Colorado, then through their facility in Illinois, to New Jersey, back to Massachusetts where it belonged! I Spoke with many different people along the way, including the Vendor who sold me my package and it was Isaiah who followed up and called me numerous times to assist and update me the whole way through, until my package finally arrived! Bravo to Isaiah, he's the man! Exceptional customer service and well done sir! I truly appreciated your help!”

“Service has been improved. After all, this is federal job, and has a lot of rules for employees to follow.
I am asking community to support local USPS office, and asking to understand why people are actually serious about their job. I am hoping that administration will see my review! Please return two blue mail collections bins . It was not good idea to remove those. Before Christmas letters were falling out from that only one box. It creates traffic jam ,and line of 2 to 3 cars by that drop off box.”
“I had a great experience shipping a few packages with Kendra today. Some of my items had incorrect addresses, and instead of just handing them back to me (which has happened at other locations), Kendra immediately pulled up her phone to help me find the right information. She suggested the best shipping options and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I really appreciate finding people like her who prioritize a great customer experience. Highly recommended!”
“I recently needed to set up a PO Box and visited this post office. The paperwork seemed a bit confusing at first, but the manager, David, was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly patient, took the time to help me fill everything out correctly, and made sure I got my keys without any stress. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much, David!”
“Went in today and Mary behind the counter was so pleasant and helpful. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. She was very kind to an older gentleman as well in helping him to get his package all set.”
“I would go out of my way to come to the location because of Sheena! She’s so personable w/ exceptional customer service. She a gem, give her a raise.

“Do your own experience.
Everybody was nice with me from the officer lady on the entrance to the lady's loading me. she was quick no more than 30 mn in dock.”
“Go to lover level for delivery do not go on the ramp. Park on any available dock from 15-20 . Bring your bills inside and put safety vest on. They unloaded me in 10 minutes”
“I have to disagree with the people who are rating this post office low. I have never had an incident that I was treated rudely.
Only once did I get a side eye from somebody, and that was because she was helping me and the guy next to her said something to me, and I began talking to him while I was at her window which was rude on my part.
The employees are always nice to me. Sure there are times where you can tell they might be overwhelmed or are alone at the desk with a line. We’re all human.
But I have witnessed people treat them like garbage. Angry because they didn’t get their mail and took it out on the people at the desk as if they have anything to do with it. But always, I see them trying to help and not losing their cool. Another person came in angry, because he didn’t get his mail when he moved, and the agent at the desk asked him if he filled out the change of address form, He lost his mind and insisted he did, but then asked how he can do it and the agent told him he could do it online and before the agent could tell him “OR” he could fill out a form, the guy called him incompetent and stormed out of the post office.
I think people need to really think about how they are approaching the people working behind the desk. I can assure you, you probably caused any negativity you might have received.”
“I went to apply for my daughter's passport. Sheri helped me; she's a very sweet and patient woman. She explains everything carefully and clearly. Thank you, Sheri.”
