Some exotics, turtles, bearded dragons. Beef cheek non rawhide chews, dogs loving it right now. Got the blueberry one. Friendly staff as well. Nice place to visit.

We were completely new to setting up an aquarium, and Jackie went above and beyond to help our family get started. We purchased the 10gal Imagitarium fish tank and added 3 male guppies, eventually we want to add a betta fish.
From helping us choose the right tank and accessories to recommending the right types of fish and live plants, she guided us through the entire setup from scratch. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and personable she was. She never made us feel like she was simply trying to sell us products or fish. Instead, she took the time to listen to our questions, explain everything clearly, provide thoughtful recommendations, and make sure we understood what we were doing.
She was incredibly patient and genuinely seemed to care about helping us create a healthy aquarium and have a good experience as first-time fish owners.
Jackie is an absolute asset to Petco. Her knowledge, patience, and customer service made what could have been an overwhelming experience easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate all her help and would highly recommend asking for Jackie if you’re setting up an aquarium!

896 North La Fox Street, South ElginI've been meaning to write this review for years now, but better late than never! Dr. Jean Churon took care of my Great Dane, Moose, over a decade ago, and I still think about how wonderful she was with him.
Moose was a big, gentle giant, but like a lot of Great Danes, he could get anxious at the vet. Dr. Churon had such a natural, calm way with him. She took the time to let him get comfortable instead of rushing the exam, and it made all the difference. He genuinely seemed to trust her, which wasn't something he offered easily to strangers.
It's rare to find a vet who's not only skilled but also has that intuitive touch with giant breeds, who need a little extra patience and a gentle hand. Dr. Churon gave us both. Even all these years later, I still remember how much better we felt walking out of her office knowing Moose was in good hands.
Highly recommend her to anyone with a large or anxious dog — she made a real difference for us.

1944 Gyorr Avenue, South ElginCan’t believe I haven’t made a review here yet. I’ve been bringing my dog Mica here for 10 years now. They have never failed me, always provided such a welcoming and clean environment. The front staff are kind and sweet to talk to / work out my visit needs. All the vets are amazing and know what they’re doing. I’ve moved over the years further and further away now staying in Oswego and I still prefer to make the drive to South Town over transferring records to any other location. My two cats have now been doing all their evaluations with them since adopting. Their prices are unbeatable and I love how they have a rewards system that will knock a few bucks off here and there. Thank you team for being such a powerhouse 💗

They are very professional there. The place is clean and doesn't stink like dirty animals.They are reasonably priced. I will definitely go back there it's worth the hour car drive.

238 S Randall Rd, South ElginMy review for Woof Beach Sands is long overdue! The trainers at Woof Beach are VERY compassionate and effective trainers. We have been blessed to work with Taylir and Jen as trainers. They have done a wonderful job with both of our dogs giving them a solid foundation in both on leash and off leash training. Our first dog Eevee started out as a very reactive girl. Through her training with Taylir she gained so much confidence and a whole new life. Our younger dog Maverick is now thriving with his off leash training. They make the training convenient like dropping your pet off at daycare. In the end it is truly worth the investment to build a better and lasting relationship with your pup. We love the trainers at Woof Beach.

My pup and I had so much fun in the recall class that we went into agility, then tricks, back to agility and just finished tricks again. 580 Randall Rd, South ElginI just picked up Birdie from her first boarding in Dogtopia. Her hair was silky and shiny from her first bath. I saw a picture of her online and she was interacting with another dog. The only thing (Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!) she was exhausted when she came home.
