My neighbors have taken their two goldens there and had a great experience so I tried it with my dog and it was so easy, inexpensive and worthwhile. It’s immaculate, the shampoo and towels are provided and the staff are always nice and helpful. Wonderful place and they offer a lot of dog food and treats.

They have a great selection of high quality pet foods. They also hire animal-loving employees that are knowledgeable and helpful. They're so much better than a chain store.

I love how they've always taken care of my cats, often getting a diagnoses correct after other vets have missed the mark. (Backed up by a specialist I went to after my randall road visit, they correctly diagnosed my cats lung issue) the staff here are kind and really take their time with you. I've been bringing my cat here for five years and I will continue to do so. ❤️

Cleveland Veterinary Clinic
400 N McLean Blvd, South ElginI have been taking my Bernedoodle puppy to Cleveland Vet Clinic for a just under a year now (July 2025 - Feb 2026 and beyond), and please believe me when I tell you that they have taken such compassionate, wonderful care of him since he came into my life at 3 months old. He’s now 10 1/2 months and I couldn’t be more pleased with their care.
Their hours are convenient for all working people since they are open til 8pm on weekdays and 2pm on Saturdays, and, when they say they will call you back with info or an answer to your question, THEY WILL ACTUALLY CALL YOU BACK! The same night!
All the staff, techs, and doctors are fantastic at what they do; they are friendly and welcoming (thankfully ??) to new pet parents like myself, and graciously guided me every step of the way, which helped me make sure I was doing everything for my puppy on time and to the best of my ability so I could keep him happy and healthy!
Obviously I tried to learn as much as I could on my own before getting my baby ??, but there really is no substitute for the opportunity to ask questions and draw on the knowledge/experience of the medical professionals at Cleveland Vet Clinic.
My puppy Luca will be a patient here for years to come!!
P.S.A‼️— to the ?REPTILE LOVERS?out there searching here, there, and are feeling like they’ve looked EVERYWHERE for a qualified doctor, Cleveland has a VET WHO SEES EXOTIC PETS!
She took care of my 2 BEARDED DRAGONS‼️

238 S Randall Rd, South ElginMy review for Woof Beach Sands is long overdue! The trainers at Woof Beach are VERY compassionate and effective trainers. We have been blessed to work with Taylir and Jen as trainers. They have done a wonderful job with both of our dogs giving them a solid foundation in both on leash and off leash training. Our first dog Eevee started out as a very reactive girl. Through her training with Taylir she gained so much confidence and a whole new life. Our younger dog Maverick is now thriving with his off leash training. They make the training convenient like dropping your pet off at daycare. In the end it is truly worth the investment to build a better and lasting relationship with your pup. We love the trainers at Woof Beach.

My pup and I had so much fun in the recall class that we went into agility, then tricks, back to agility and just finished tricks again. 580 Randall Rd, South ElginI’ve been taking Socks to Dogtopia for almost 1 year. I am consistently impressed with not only how professional the staff are but how they go above and beyond to love on and care for my dog when I am working or out of town. My dog is now 2 and loves her days with Dogtopia- she is well exercised and socialized. Their rates are very reasonable and they are responsive and accommodating for most requests. They keep a fun schedule of dog activities and cameras are really nice to be able to watch her when I’m missin her. I am so grateful as well that they do have in house kibble and protein options available in the event a packed meal gets missed. Socks also was not the easiest for a nail trim in the beginning but now tolerates it and they do a great job with grooming /bath at the spa. If you want to leave your dog in capable, loving hands while you’re away, you won’t find nicer people. I’d give more stars if I could.
