βA Catholic gentleman named John assisted us right away when we walked in. His manner of speech and quality of service made the impression on me that this is what customer service ought to be. The quality of the product was unmatched. He gave me important tips for dress and maintaining the shoe. Iβll certainly go back when I need important shoes, because I will remember the experience as βThe Perfect Shoe Store.β
(I mention βCatholicβ because when I walked in, he asked what I was wearing it for, and I told him it was for the Latin Mass. He then told me he was Catholic and we talked about it. Thatβs a part of customer service I think is forgotten: being genuine and charismatic.)β
βNike has long been my favorite brand of sportswear, but especially running shoes. I entered this store more or less out of curiosity. The store is very well stocked, it is quite large, clear and clean.

βThis Cole Haan outlet store has a good selection of casual and sport shoes, handbags, wallets, glasses, socks and shoe cleaning supplies, and although sometimes my size is not available at the store, the employee(s) always offer to order it for me, and have the item(s) shipped for free to my home.The back of the store has a clearance section where Iβve been able to find pretty good deals.β
βLately itβs been really hard to get good customer service anywhere, however I was greatly impressed with the staff at this store. Everyone was really friendly and working hard to make sure customers are satisfied. I wasnβt even going to buy shoes, but Arleth saw me eyeing a pair of Timberland heels and was eager for me to try them on. She brought them to me in different colors and stayed with me through the entire experience β giving her own insight as well. At the register, the rest of the clerks were also extremely friendly and the atmosphere was positive. I will definitely be returning here for my future shoe purchases as I enjoyed my experience. Complements to the management team for recruiting such an outstanding crew!!β
βGreat boots and assortment of boats, hats and accessories for the cowboy or just like to dress up in western wear.Variety in brands and price range. Located on main boulevard and with plenty of parking on the street or parking garage in walking distance. The owners take the time to help and assist in anyway. Teaching you about fit and leathers. You pick your quality and brandsβ
βI last minute needed a hat and the guy with the glasses didnβt catch his name went over and beyond to make sure I left with a beautiful hat. I have a rare hat size so he did everything to accommodate me. We even added some bling to my hat. More importantly I felt very welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Thatβs very rare at businesses lately. Thank you so much.β

βMy family and I are regular visitors to this location, and we always feel at home thanks to the friendly staff. While the store can be busy, particularly on weekends, I think additional staff would be helpful. Nevertheless, Yessica, Evelyn, and the Hispanic manager consistently provide exceptional service, demonstrating a commitment to excellence that deserves acknowledgement and merit.β

Their selection is very good and the clerk was very friendly and helpful when I asked if he could open the docks I purchased so my grandson could wear them home.

Upon arrival I automatically knew who she was. Sheβs very nice, pleasant, and sweet. I donβt receive that kind of customer service at home. You have a very great staff. They deserve a raise.β
βThere is NO other store I go to for my flats, sandals, heels and boots! The prices are exceptional, the sizes are little off but if you buy shoes without trying them on, I mean shame on you. The store clerks are all some form of Latino, and spend most of their time sitting behind the desk talking to each other instead of interacting with customers, but for me, the space is so small, having clerks walking around in my way, constantly coming up to me would make the experience worse. Not a very diversified staff and I have often wondered if anyone of any other ethnic background applied, regardless of qualifications, if they would have a chance at all.β

Nicely laid out store, they display the merchandise well, and have good lighting. Customer service is good. The store is also very clean. If you like Puma this is a good to store.β

βI took in a pair of Jordan golf shoes that were extremely muddy and the cloth around the ankle very stained. When I picked them up they looked brand new again. Will be bringing all of my shoes here.β
