“I took my Dad (who is very unsteady and uses a walker) to pick out some stuff for my Mom for Christmas. He didn't want to walk back to the car so I ran out to the car to bring it right to the door and when I pulled up one of the women who helped us (short brunette with glasses) was walking him out to the curb. She held the door and then steadied him with her arm the rest of the way to the car. It's this type of "above and beyond" customer service that needs to be recognized. It was just so sweet. Thank you and I'm sure my Mom will love her top!”

“Bought these boots in February at the Geneva, IL., location. These are the best boots I have ever owned, hands down, warranty and monthly cleaning/oiling is awesome.
Sean was my salesman, he answered my loads of questions I had, analyzed my walking pattern& arch, all while helping other customers (with a smile). I also brought my mom along and he was so courteous to both of us.

“I went shopping for a party and I asked Katherine for her opinion, she was very friendly and helpful. I found the perfect jumpsuit for my event but they didn't have my size in the store. Katheryn called other stores to check if they had my size and when she found it, she put a hold on my jumpsuit.”
“My new favorite DSW. Store is clean and cashier was friendly. Even offered to use the reward I didn’t know I had. My only complaint is the clearance shoes are all missing lids for the boxes.”
“I love this store! Lots of trendy stuff for a cheaper price. I got platform crocs for $10 cheaper and I love them. They have Nike, Ugg, and even Marc Jacobs. I definitely recommend for girls who love trendy brands but don't have an infinite amount of money. Iove roaming the store! The employees are pretty nice too. ❤”
“Eddie's has super cute clothes and items and I adored it. It was a little pricey but most stuff seemed to be pretty good quality. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that the employees just kinda death stared me the whole time. Like, I didn't do anything bad, I was just roaming. I didn't try to steal anything and I haven't since I was like 5 and thought the candy by the register was free. Other than that a super cute collection of stuff and great to treat yourself.”
