Along with different pricing and brands available, you can not go wrong. I would recommend double checking your sizing before making a purchase, depending on the scrub type, it does shrink.”
“I was searching the internet for a pair of Python Skin Boots with a particular look/color to them. I happened to see them on the Patron Boots Western & Casual Wear website and decided to contact the store for some assistance. A woman by the name of Kim assisted me on the phone and through text. She was a major help and found the boots in stock and took pictures/videos of the different pairs that were in my size. I was able to choose the specific pair I wanted before she quickly shipped them out to me. They just arrived today and they are even better looking in person. “A Catholic gentleman named John assisted us right away when we walked in. His manner of speech and quality of service made the impression on me that this is what customer service ought to be. The quality of the product was unmatched. He gave me important tips for dress and maintaining the shoe. I’ll certainly go back when I need important shoes, because I will remember the experience as “The Perfect Shoe Store.”
(I mention “Catholic” because when I walked in, he asked what I was wearing it for, and I told him it was for the Latin Mass. He then told me he was Catholic and we talked about it. That’s a part of customer service I think is forgotten: being genuine and charismatic.)”

“The manager at this store was so helpful I was so happy I don't think I got her name but I ordered a pair of Crocs online that were too big and she was able to track down the same style in a smaller size at a different location and she had it sent to her store for me😭. “Bought these boots in February at the Geneva, IL., location. These are the best boots I have ever owned, hands down, warranty and monthly cleaning/oiling is awesome.
Sean was my salesman, he answered my loads of questions I had, analyzed my walking pattern& arch, all while helping other customers (with a smile). I also brought my mom along and he was so courteous to both of us.
Can’t say how happy I have been not only with quality of boots but also with the level of personal customer service.

“I like Merrell shoes and this location has much more to pick from than any of the other nearby retailers that carry Merrell shoes. Just because it's an outlet mall and Outlet store, doesn't mean they have lower prices. The fact that I can see the shoes, try them on and walk around them in the store for a few minutes is a giant advantage to me over buying them online at the same price.”

“I took my Dad (who is very unsteady and uses a walker) to pick out some stuff for my Mom for Christmas. He didn't want to walk back to the car so I ran out to the car to bring it right to the door and when I pulled up one of the women who helped us (short brunette with glasses) was walking him out to the curb. She held the door and then steadied him with her arm the rest of the way to the car. It's this type of "above and beyond" customer service that needs to be recognized. It was just so sweet.
