“I had a great experience in the store. We arrived and a gentleman promptly asked what I was looking for as well as discreetly asked what size I needed. I have no problem with telling anyone my size, but it was nice of him to ask in that manner because not everyone is comfortable sharing that out loud. He then took me around to all the different options within the store that they had (I was looking for walking shorts and wicking T-shirts). I wasn't pushed toward buying anything more expensive. It was nice to be given all the options available and just deciding what I wanted. He checked in with us from time to time as we were looking around. Overall, a very good experience. I will definitely come back and shop at the store when I'm in the area.”

He had me walk to assess my feet and then recommended 2 shoes that he thought would be best for me. He did a great job! He really listened to what I needed. I have NEVER been SO impressed by a sales associate in my life and I am in sales. I even received a personal note sent to me from Robert thanking me for my business. Robert has set a new standard for customer service in a world that currently really lacks in customer service!”
