“I had a wonderful experience at Xtra Mile! Both the owner Chris and the associate Kevin who I worked with were super resourceful and patient in helping me find the right running shoes for me. Appreciated the gait analysis they do at the store (having you walk/run on the treadmill and analyzing your video) and shoe recs. Ended up getting Brooks Glycerin Max on sale, which I’m liking so far. Chris is very involved in the community too and tries to be a resource for runners of all levels. Highly recommend this Xtra Mile Running!”

“Wonderful customer service and skill. After reaching out twice to a local business to refelt and level our table and neither time getting the call back that was promised, I called MC. They called right back, educated me about the next steps, got me in their schedule quickly and showed up when they said they would. They made quick and beautiful work of our table.
We are now ready to entertain the guests coming out for a graduation party and wedding that we are hosting this year!

“Went at the recommendation of my physical therapist to get new walking shoes. I broke my ankle 5 months ago, have swelling from edema & used to have plantar fasciitis so I wanted expert attention to get the right shoe. I was greeted right away and helped very professionally by Gia. The “Albert” scale demonstrated the shape of my foot and arch, I walked on the treadmill which they recorded and viewed to understand my gait - then she lent me socks & suggested four different shoes. All were comfortable and stylish. I bought my favorite pair & ended up getting a few pairs of the socks. A little on the pricey side but so worth the cost of getting the right fit with a thorough measurement system. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.”
“This was my first time ever walking into this store. I never went in because I thought it was a bunch of knockoff stuff but I was wrong. This store has everything I need for sports. I’m a BIG Chicago fan and I know out of all these stores in Woodfield mall, this store has the most variety of stuff to choose from. I would always shop at Lids because of their coupons. I’m hoping this store has the same sales or coupons like their competitors. But I will definitely make this my to go to sports store. Also, I was very impressed by how nice the staff was. “Had no clue what this place was about. I'm not a outdoor fishing, hunting person so for me this was like a museum - discovering these aspects and hobbies. I was intrigued at the collection of safes and then Googled to find out those were to store guns in.
Lot of taxidermy animals displays, a propeller aircraft and more. Amazing place to visit and learn about new things.”

“Better than Bass Pro.Easily the greatest fishing store around. Dare I say it... better than Bass Pro Shops. While it may look unassuming from the outside, it probably has more and better options than BPS. Owner is also a super nice and extremely knowledgeable guy. Not at all pushy-- helped me through a lot of questions as I am getting into a new kind of fishing and set me up real nicely. Definitely coming back often.”

“Had a very pleasant today at this location. We usually shop at the Orland Park location, but decided to make the drive out here today. The store was crowded but employees were moving around fast. Our cashier, Zeynep D. was very helpful and friendly, she asked us if we needed gift receipts and even stapled them to each one of our items so they didn't get mixed up. Friendly employees and line moves quick. Great location!”

I am always greeted upon entering the store and get the help I need in the fitting room.The store is clean, organized and racks are sized appropriately making it easy to shop. The quality of clothes is very good but it's on the pricy side.”

“I walked into that store hoping to feel the fabrics so I knew what to order online. As a person in a fat body I did not expect to feel welcome in the store. I was very wrong! I was greeted by TWO employees in body types like mine and I knew they would be help to help me with important questions about fit, wicking, etc. I didn’t feel out of place!
