Harlem location and he said yes but truly he was only the call centerI told him exactly what I needed and he gave me an extra large one the manager of 22 years here at the 9800 S. Harlem location fixed my problem and instantly provided us with the correct size.”

“Been a customer of this storage location for 2 years now; the facility is great: dry, cold, and protected behind several locks. The front office is extremely helpful as well; recently I came to check in on a unit and realized I couldn't get in because the latch was stuck. Devaughn was incredibly helpful in opening the unit up and coming up with a plan to get my storage items secured and moved into a different unit, while saving me a bit of money in the process. Just great service and very happy to keep my business here.”

“Annie provided outstanding assistance to me in assisting with my move in on Saturday. We were running quite late, but she assured me and my crew that all would be ready when we arrived. Annie went out of her way to clearly explain the facility procedures, demonstrated operation of the keypad entry and lock, and got me through the paperwork with thorough explanations of rental details, while in record time. Her upbeat and friendly demeanor made the arduous experience pleasant. The facility itself is clean and bright, the loading dock is large and easily accessible from both street and storage units, and large, easily maneuverable carts are ready for use immediately adjacent to the dock area. If I could give Annie and Life Storage La Grange Park 10 starts, I would do so in a heartbeat!”

They are super responsive and accommodating and make everything a breeze to answer your questions- so helpful! They actually pick up the phone and are on site unlike other places where I have to wait and chase a human being!”
