“Peak Running in La Grange is a fantastic shoe/running store. I have had a positive experience each of the five times I have shopped in there. None more positive than over the past weekend, with sales associate/Megan.Megan personified what customer service is all about on both days (Saturday; Sunday) I entered Peak Running. On Saturday, she was a major help in exchanging a pair of shoes for a better pair of shoes (at least for I was looking for).The pair of shoes that was coming my way was not to arrive until Sunday. Megan promptly called me when they arrived, and in finishing off her all-world weekend performance, she waited 5-10 minutes past closing time to accede my request, as I was coming from far away. Hence, I was able to get my shoes on Sunday as opposed to Monday.Thanks again, Megan!”

“They are great here, maybe too great! I will explain: I haven't bowled in many years and decided to do it again with my wife. I was a customer over 20 years ago... After getting fitted last week, she was frustrated yesterday with 6 gutters in a row! She swore the ball was too heavy. After meeting with Lynn, he assured her the ball was not too heavy, all she needed was a wrist brace. Luckily I had filmed a few of her frames and showed them to Lynn. He slowed down the video and took time to analyze what she was doing wrong. He took 10 minutes to show her and gave some tips. Bottom line...she ended up beating me! Lol! Great Customer Service!”
