“The best thing about it is that it was very convenient to where I was needing to be. Also, the breakfast is absolutely stellar – the best I’ve seen anywhere. the bed is very nice, But the sofa and chairs aren’t very comfortable.. Upkeep on the whole place is below average—There’s always something wrong with something. it took days to get a microwave delivered to my room. The people at the desk range from being very pleasant and engaging to downright rude. I will say that the manager went out of his way to help me replace meds that the housekeeper had inadvertently knocked into my sink. That was super.”

The bathroom has a double door. One to the bedroom and one to the living room. There was a balcony with a huge TV, couch and chairs.Nearby activities: OakBrook Mall is near and there are multiple things straight down one street for about 10 blocks. “Great hotel and stay, but as it’s getting cold at night, and having coffee throughout the day isn’t important as coming in at 5:30 in the evening and the coffee is old and not hot at all. 5 stars if you brewed coffee for your guest return each day in the evening around 5pm. So every checkin during the cold evening is greeted with cold coffee. This is an easy fix. I’ll be back in a week or two.Signed A lifetime diamond member.”

“It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Front desk person was very nice and friendly. Atmosphere was nice. My room had a giant cobweb which made it seem like housekeeping doesn't "deep deep" clean. The connection for the tv kept going out so it was annoying trying to watch shows. Unfortunately other guests kept going out in the hallway to talk on the phone and they were extremely noisy. Other than that it was alright of a stay.”

“I travel to Chicago monthly. On this trip, I didn't have my debit card since mine expired and I haven't received the new one so I was paying with cash. The place I usually stay were so rude to my family so we went across the street to Motel 6. Not only was the room half as much, the staff was amazing. They went beyond what is needed and treated us great. It is now the 1st place we will try on our monthly trip back home. Plus, they take cash if you don't want to give them a card.Rooms: Very clean, large bathroom and a refrigerator. Not the fanciest place but well worth the price.Nearby activities: The 90 is right around the corner making it easy to get anywhere in the city via the expressway. There's also a Guitar Center close if you need strings or sticks it's close.Food & drinks: Any type of food you want is no more than 10 minutes away. They even have room service.”

“I have been coming here a few times over the past year and have had minor issues. Last year I had an issue between them and the third party I used to book. Outside of that parts of the hotel smell a bit weird due to trash but our floor was good. Also 2 nights ago my son and I were going to our car and the whole 3rd floor lights were off which was creepy as hell! Lastly like other reviews they need a better system with the front desk. Seems normal to wait awhile for someone to acknowledge you’re there. Other than that room has always been clean, room was nice and warm, bed was super comfortable and shower was perfect and no issues with laundry. Thanks for another great stay and we will def be back.”
