“Never had a problem renting a car here. One star deducted because we left a child seat in the back the last time we dropped off the rental. That was our fault, but they had pulled the child seat out of the car and did not bother to call us. It was for our grandkids, so we didn't realize we were missing a car seat until about a week later.”

I've been renting from this location for quite a while now and I'm always satisfied with their service. On my last rental i requested a big SUV with a big cargo trunk for a family trip. I was originally given an Expedition, and i didnt really quite like how small the size of the back cargo is. Eddie came out to check up on me and ask me if theres a problem, when i told him i needed a bigger trunk cargo SUV, he immediately swapped the car with something more spacious. That right here is a great customer service. I will definitely use this place again and recommend it to the people i know.”

“Rented a car for a few days since mine was totaled and needed to get to work and back. Getting me into one of their loaner cars was a bit slow since it seems like they were a little understaffed but I'm not holding that against them. The car I used did exactly what I needed and had very minimal issues. It helped a lot that its a short walk from my house so I didn't have to worry about a ride there. Hopefully I won't have to come back, but if I do need to rent a car I know where I'm going”

“Hertz Naperville Ogden location was great. Both associates who checked me out and in were very helpful and considerate of my time. I called to extend and it was a quick and easy process. I definitely recommend this place. I initially booked through Budget and they cancelled my reservation the day of pickup stating no cars were available. Happy they did because then I found Hertz and I will always choose Hertz moving forward! Great customer service, wait time, and cars available.”

“Good God, after being told I was to have a Lexus SUV at Plainfield but after arriving received a Jeep Compass with an engine problem, I returned to this Downers Grove location.. and they did NOT disappoint!! Was given a Ford Edge SEL AWD and it WAS the BEST rental I've EVER had.. truly.
Only wish I could have bought it at the end! This location is very professional and apt to the professional class, very nice to see.

“This location has improved greatly in the past few months with the hiring of new employees who have much better customer service skills than the young lady who worked there before. The check in and check outs are pretty much seamless if the line isn’t long. David ( I may be getting his name wrong) and James are great employees who are effective at getting customers in and out and on the road. This location had proven responsive to customer feedback and it shows in their perpetual improvement. My last booking had some complications with the quality of the car and they resolved it in a timely and efficient manner. Proving that even when faced with problems concerning customer experience they can retain the customers business and loyalty. I hope to continue to see this level of growth and quality of service from this location!”
