“Me and my brother went to this location yesterday 5/5/2021around 12:45 and the gentleman that was working was very nice to us and very helpful to us! This gentleman name was jimmy, he knows what he is talking about and very respectful! way better then the other location we went to and the gentleman at that location was very disrespectful to us. We walked in to this location and jimmy came right and said how can help you guys and we told him we were there to pick a car and got the information and we went to the car and it was ready for us! he had us walk around with him inspect car. Then we paid and were on our way! I would recommend this location!”

“I rented for 10 weeks in a row from the Naperville Hyatt. Joffrey was so pleasant, and customer service-focused, it was great to see! For example, the Avis changed the opening hours from 7am to 8am, however, I still needed to pick-up the car at 7am. Joffrey came in early to makes sure I was able to pick up my rental for 8 weeks. This is the type of customer service that Avis needs. Thank you Joffrey - I will definitely rent from there again.”

“Best customer service I have ever had at any car rental place. I had so many issues with trying to rent a car with Hertz - they needed a credit card, this and that and 2 forms of id and my blood type. Needless to say, my reservation fell through and I was pretty much stranded. I called up Budget at this location like 20 mins before they closed and spoke to Vicki. She was the best customer service I have ever experienced - even though she was about to close, she told me she would wait for me to Uber there and get me in a car and on my way.Within 15 minutes I was in a car to my destination in NC. “Reserved a minivan online weeks ago for this day, was worried if they will have any of them since it’s shortage in our area but Budget had like 3 brand new Toyota Siennas which is amazing!! Also had some troubles registering additional driver but ALI, a front desk manager made my day easier! Really cool and helpful guy. Will use Budget Romeoville more frequent. Totally recommend!”
